Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles, panel board etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc., locating the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts connecting and testing including relaying of old bricks for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation,earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc. shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply & laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, walls, poles, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking out old defective/unsv cable of following sizes.

Supplying, laying connecting & testing in replacement P.V.C insulated sheathed, aluminium solid conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm twin core flat or circular, 1100 volts grade service connection from pole light to box with 15 mm flexible pipe connection on poles wherever required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Tube light grade galvanised with all fittings for earthing lead protection of under ground/on wall/pole size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections of any size and shape including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes in bolts of any size or 25/40 mm light grade 1.2 mtr GI pipe/bracket suitable for fixing the street light also including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED bollard made up of extruded aluminium with PC diffuser with fitting on GI pipe pipe 12 watt as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 Volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including all fixing arrangements on mettalic sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for driver unit suitable for LED street/road way light of upto 100 watt including testing and taking down unsv street light and refxing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for driver unit suitable for LED flood light of upto 60 to 200 watts including testing and taking down unsv street light and refxing the same complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement thermoplastic/polycarbonate enclosure bus bar chmaber, shockproof, vermin and dust proof complete with terminals for upto 3 phase cable of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core and 01 no MCB SP 6 amps including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole/wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure of minimum 3 mm sheet of suitable size consisting four aluminium bus bar of 200 amps at fixed suitable gapping in enclosure outdoor type with fixing capabilty on MS angle iron on walls/ground/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning, preparing the surface of steel tubular poles LT 9.0 mtrs long including removing of rust particles and painting with two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hook etc., and providing Blue & White strips alternatively 30cm each from coping to 1.5 mtr height starting with blue strip using synthetic enamel paints complete all as directed.
