A-Repair/ Replacement of riser chute at riser knockout station/MMR

1. Dismantling of side plates of the existing chute and its supporting structures. 2. Strengthening of supports, Marking & cutting of plates, angles and channels for side plates to the 1 required size to fabricate the guide plate of the chute and its supports as per the existing one using 16 and 20 mm thick plates. 3. Repair of sand separator chute. 4. Repair / strengthening of chute base plate and its supports. 5. Disposal of released scrap material to designated place. 6. Check for free flow of risers to the riser bin. Qty- 1 no

B-Repairs of Mould Pre-heat Oven 1, 2 & 3/MMR (Rates are inclusive of

1. Dismantling and removal of pusher beam, hydraulic cylinder & pusher beam support rollers of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 2. Removal of both charge and discharge doors of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 3. Removal of RC fan assemblies of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 4. Removal of hot air duct of MPO- 2 (Approximately 20 meters ) 5. Fabrication of new hot air duct of MPO- 2 (Approximately 20 meters ) 6. Removal of defective side wall panels of MPO-2 and carrying out repairs to the same. 7. Repair of the side wall panels, top wall panels, support channels, ducts, and heating element bank structures of MPO-1, 2 & 3. 8. Repair of the damaged portion of ducts of MPO - 1 & 3 9. Fitment of hot air duct of MPO-2 & strengthening its support. ( Approximately 20 meters ) 10. Repair and allignment of pusher beam support structures of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 11. Servicing and fitment of RC Fan assemblies of MPO 1,2 & 3 ( Impeller and shaft has to be dynamically balanced. ) 12. Replacement of pusher beam support rollers and bearings of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 13. Replacement of damaged pusher beam dogs, pins and positioning on the support rollers of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 14. Fitment of serviced pusher beam cylinder and connection of hydraulic lines of MPO 1, 2 & 3. & check for any hydraulic leakages. 15. Repair to charge and discharge door guides and strengthening of the guide supports and side structures of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 16. Fitment of charge and discharge doors of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 17. Replacement of defective drive & driven sprocket, chain and gear box of charge and discharge doors of MPO 1, 2 & 3 18. Painting of all MPOs with one coat of heat resistant aluminum paint. 19. C-Stamping machine ( 1 No. )/MMR (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Dismantling of centering rollers, arms, shafts, sprockets, chains and cylinders of wheel centring arrangement. 2. Dismantling the entire CDLR conveyor connecting chains, rollers, conveyor structure and its supports. 3. Removal of hydraulic lift cylinder after disconnecting the 1 hydraulic pipelines. 4. Fitment of serviced hydraulic lift cylinder and connecting the hydraulic pipelines. 5. Fabrication of conveyor structure and its supports. 6. Fitment of conveyor structure with provision of proper supports. 7. Fitment of conveyor rollers & drive chains. 8. Servicing of wheel centering mechanism. 9. D-Repairs of Hub cutters (04 Nos)/MMR (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Removal of torch, dismantling and cleaning of torch holding and drive arrangement. 2. Dismantling & cleaning of wheel centring cylinders, arms, gear segment, rollers, pins and bushes. 3. Dismantling & cleaning of table lift cylinder and removal of entire rotator table assembly. 4. Servicing Torch Head assembly & replacement of guides and ball screw of all Hub cutter. 5. Servicing of wheel centring device. (Includes repair/replacement of roller brackets, gear segments, cylinder mountings & replacement of serviced/new cylinders) 6. Servicing of rotator table. 1 (Servicing includes replacement of torque motor, defective guide rollers, wear plates, repair/strengthening of arms & replacement of serviced/new cylinders) 7. Dismantling of damaged chutes and its mountings of four hub cutters. 8. Fabrication of new chutes, mountings and doors for four hub cutters. 9. Fitment of Fabricated chutes, mountings & doors for four hub cutters 10. Servicing the blower of Hub cutter / Sprue-wash dust collector. (Servicing includes cleaning, inspection, dynamic balancing of impeller, replacement of defective bearings, pulley & belt). Qty-2 Nos. 11. E-Repairs of Rollovers ( CTC, CTA, CTA-1 , DT & HW-11) 05 Nos/MMR

1. Servicing/Replacement of defective trunion rollers and bearings. (Total fitted Qty: 20 rollers & 40 bearings.) 2. Repair/Replacement of damaged CDLR conveyor structures, drive gearbox mountings and all CDLR roller assembly 3. Replacement of defective jackshaft bearings, sprockets and all chains of Rollovers. 4. Strengthening of damaged clamping arms of CTC, CTA, CTA- 1 & DT 5. Strengthening of structural supports and weld joints. 6. Removal and replacement of defective air cylinders. 7. Replacement of worn out cylinder clevis pins and bushes. 8. Servicing of drive arrangement of all the Rollovers. (Servicing includes replacement of defective sprockets, bearings, chain, gearboxes, Gearboxes shall be serviced by departmental staff). 9. Replacement of defective hose carrier pulleys and bearings of CTC, CTA, CTA-1 & DT 10. Cleaning and painting of all four Roll overs with apple green paint. 11. F-Repairs of Cope & Drag Cleaner ( 2 Nos. )/MMR (Rates are inclusive of

1. Dismantling of cleaning head assembly & Hoods. 2. Replacement of funnel support 'L' shape bearing, repairs to hood, replacement of sand Pipe, replacement of drive chain, sprockets and fitment of cleaning head assembly. 3. Replacement / Repair of duct pipes. 4. Replacement of hood guide rollers, counter weight wire rope, fitment of serviced hood lift cylinder and fitment of 1 hood. 5. Replacement of sand dispenser plug valve seat & plug valve. 6. Replacement of bucket elevator belt, damaged buckets, drive gear box, pulleys, belts and defective top and bottom pulleys. 7. Servicing of dust collector blowers of cope and drag cleaner. G-Repairs of Core Baking Stations C 5 I & K (East & West Stations)/MMR

1. Removal of pad, table, lift cylinders and mould centering device. 2. Removal of Transfer cars & Sand Dispensers. 3. Servicing/Replacement of lift cylinders and pins. 4. Replacement of damaged table guide rollers, strengthening of guide roller brackets, assembly of table and connection of cylinders. 5. Repair to mould centering arms, servicing/replacement of centering cylinders and replacement of defective support bearings. 6. Replacement of transfer car bottom rail, 1 wheel defective pins, bushes, chain, sprockets, gearbox mounting, drive shaft mounting, Strengthening of structural supports & weld joints. Positioning of transfer car. 7. Dismantling of sand dispenser, repair to gate assembly, servicing of air cylinder, replacement of funnels and assembly of sand dispenser. 8. Replacement of sand dispenser drive chain, sprocket, wheel bearings, pins & positioning of sand dispensers. 9. Replacement of pad base plate and check for proper alignment. 10. 1. Dismantling of rotators table, gearbox, hydraulic motor, and cylinder. 2. Repairs to table guides, structures and servicing/ replacement of table guide rollers 3. Fitment of serviced/new rotators table, gearbox, hydraulic motor and cylinder. 4. Servicing / Replacement of exhaust fan assembly of Cope / Drag spray stations. 5. Servicing of sliding doors. 6. Dismantling of gun holding 1 arm and replacement of defective rack, pinion and pinion support bearings. 7. Fitment of gun holding arm 8. Replacement of defective CDLR conveyor structures and supports. 9. Fitment of serviced/new roller assemblies. 10. Dismantling of mould centring device of Cope spray stations. 11. Replacement of defective pillow blocks, centring arms and assembly of centring device with serviced/new cylinders 12. Servicing of Spray mixer units (3 Nos) 13. I-Spruewash Stations ( 04 Nos)/MMR (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Dismantling of rotator roller assemblies, kicker, safety doors, earth-arm assemblies, guide and main rails. 2. Repairs/Replacement of supporting structures , Sprue wash 1 Boxes. 3. Servicing and fitment of rotator roller assemblies. 4. Repair/replacement of kicker assemblies. 5. Fabrication and fitment of new safety doors. 6. Strengthening of earth arm support and repair/replacement of earth-arm assemblies. 7. Replacement of guide and main rail mountings and fitment of new/old rails after proper alignment. 8. Replacement of defective cooling water lines and air lines. 9. Repair/replacement of rotator air motor mountings. 10. Repair/replacement of chutes. 11. Fabrication & provision of operators working platform. 12. Cleaning & Painting of Sprue- wash stations with Aluminium paint. 13. Disposal of released items to earmarked place. Qty-4 nos.

J-Servicing of Belt Conveyor (C-7)/MMR (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Removal of belt conveyor belt, support & guide rollers. (Belt length Approx . 50 Mtrs) 2. Replacement of defective support and guide rollers with new bearings. 3. Removal of drive and driven pulleys, replacement of defective bearings, screw rods and fitment of new / serviced 1 pulleys. 4. Servicing of belt conveyor drive unit. (Servicing includes replacement of drive gearbox & couplings) 5. Positioning of new belt and joining the ends with rubber adhesive and tensioning the belt. 6. Provision of rubber strip on either sides of belt conveyor to prevent entry of sand in between the conveyor. 7. Testing the belt conveyor for smooth operation. 8.
