Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including casing and caping of suitable size and including provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including suitable pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall with 3 mm thick hylem sheet or plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screws to house switch/sockets/regulators etc for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for one 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs fan regulator, electronic step type on existing laminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including 25mm/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as unit run.

S & F in repairs lamp holder, PVC/ polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings including 01 x 9 W LED lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED tube light fitting, batten type 1 x 18/ 20 watt, 22 V, AC of any type 4feet/ 2 feet on existing light point complete all as specified and directed. Note : LED light fitting shall be issued by the department under Schedule 'B' items and old retrieved fittings shall be deposited in the MES Store yard.
