Dismantling posts or struts (wood, or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete including dismantling of barbed wire fixed and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of brick work or laterite stone masonry built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, pillars and posts, etc including caps and bases complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded aggregate in copings, bed plates and kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate considered is for laterite stone only as per section 6 stone masonry para 6.2.4 of SSR 2020 (Part-II)

Material and labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 by using serviceable stone obtained from serial item No 4 here- in- before ie except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces other than fair face, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of colour wash all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS work as in fencing posts angle iron/Tee section, drilled and countersunk for balusters’ running bars, including embedding in concrete and securing etc, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh etc,) holding pr riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Supply only Chain link fencing of 10 gauge wire of 80x 80mm mesh size all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screwed bolt (machine made) hexagonal/square headset one end and set the others, for screwed or both ends, each screwed and ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal/square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to rough finished surfaces of concrete as in foundations, footings, beams, columns, shelves, chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement of pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed in cm 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 (type B-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under floor etc complete all as specified and directed.
