15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.2.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (As per DSR 8.31)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of specified size 600x600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand and manufacture, in all colours and shades,The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers, The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The groves are to be filled with cementious grout mix with prportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardner for each kg of Filling material . Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with openable shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 18mm thick pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination), flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density), Grade I, Type II, IS: 12823 marked (exterior grade) lipped with hard wood lipping of size 18mm x 6mm on exposed edges include cost of piano hinges and handles, magnetic catchers, nails, screws, synthetic adhesive etc. and fixed in position with help of fastners at wall complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (N.S.)
