   Eligiblity Condition : Tendered item is reserved for procurement from CLW approved sources for item ID: 2100094. Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender closing and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/suspension /banning. Minimum 80% of the net procurable qty. shall be ordered on the vendors appearing as Approved vendor in CLW vendor directory. Vendors appearing as Developmental vendor in CLW vendor directory may be considered up to a maximum of 20% of NPQ. Note:-Work address indicated in an offer should be same as indicated in the approval certificate issued by the respective vendor approving agency in UVAM.

   Eligiblity Condition : i. Only Manufacturers or their authorized dealers/ distributors need to quote with Tender specific authorization from the manufacturers failing which offer will be summarily rejected. ii. In case tenderers participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal, authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal. iii. Developmental order will not be applicable as the quantity is only 02 Nos (non divisible).

   In keeping with the Public Procurement (preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended and in terms of Clause 2.4.2, 2.4.5 and 2.4.6 of Instructions to Tenderers for e-Tender, Rev. 1.21 April 2024, Public Procurement of this item is restricted to Class-I and Class-II local suppliers only.] Thus, only Class-I and Class-II local suppliers as defined under the Public Procurement (preference to Make in India) Order, 2017, as amended shall be eligible to bid in this tender. Offers from vendors who do not quality to be Class-I or Class-II local suppliers shall be summarily rejected and, therefore, such vendors should not participate in the tender. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class-I or Class-II local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender, such a bidder does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the bidder on this account.

   i] In terms of clause 3.0 of the Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic tenders ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 along with Correction Slip No. 01 or latest , Bidders not falling in the exempt category for furnishing EMD, are required to Mandatorily furnish the requisite EMD along with their offer, Failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. [ii] In terms of Clause 12.0 of Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic tenders ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 along with Correction Slip No. 01 or latest , successful bidders unless falling in the exempt category for submission of S.D. are mandatorily required to submit Security Deposit at the rates prescribed in Para 12.4 of Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic tenders ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 along with Correction Slip No. 01 or latest .

   The rates shall be quoted on F.O.R. destination basis, inclusive of all packing, forwarding, freight, transit insurance, loading/unloading charges, and all other incidental expenses up to safe delivery at the consignee's premises/site.
