Taking down chowkats with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails.MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour pvc 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strio of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails,lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail,Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supply anf fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Glazed Shutter : Glazed shutter shall be made out of uPVC multi- chambered hollow profiles of size 60x78mm suitably steel reinforced to enhance the structural suitability of windows / ventilators with and including all requisite builders hardware of suitable size as approved by AGE (I) and provision of EDPM gasket/ beading for fixing glass pane in air tight glazing system including 5mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality complete in all respects. (ii) All builders hardware shall be resistant to or protected against atmospheric corrosion and fixed with screws penetrated at least 2mm in reinforcement. (iii) Nothing extra shall be allowed over and above the quoted rates for variations in sizes of profiles / sections on upper side, if required as per manufacturer's specifications..
