Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 37 above but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete wall surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Punched tape concertina coil made out of low carbon strip duly electro galvanised , dia of wire not less than 2.59mm, dia of coil 600mm (appx) when closed with all necessary clips and RBT wire to connect with angle iron or brackets etc with all accessories. (6.00 RM coil weighing not less than 15 kg streched to not more than 10.00 RM having not more than 51 circles /turns ) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet wall,s removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel angle iron of as in posts and struts including embeding in concrete , notching for wire , cutting tops to shape,drilling holes, bolting etc., conforming to Fe 290-0 or Fe 165-0 complete all as specified & directed .

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) drain pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints lain in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. old bricks ,debries of concrete to a distance of 1.00 km lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking/spreading at the destination as and where directed by engg-in-charge .

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, built in cement mortar.

Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of painted surfaces incl preparation of old undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Curing shall be done before and after applying of paint.

M&L for Prepration of old painted surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and as directed.
