Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonery, built in any cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mt deep and getting out in any type of soil/ soft disintegrated rocks.

Demolition of chequered tiles, cement concrete tiles or like of any description laid in any position all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mt wide and not exceeding 1.5 mt in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqmt on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mt in depth and getting out in any type of soil/ soft disintegrated rocks

M/L surface dressing n.exc. 15 cm deep all as specified/ directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Returning, filling in earth, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick.

M&L Autoclaved Areated Cement blocks masonary with AAC blocks of any thickness in superstructure, above plinth level, in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including providing and placing in position 2 nos 8 mm dia M.S bars at every third course of masonry work. (MS bars shall be paid separately) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L, Granite stone pre-polished slab Machine cut(of any shade / colour/texture) 18 mm thick machine cut, in flooring, stair case, counters, dado/treads/ risers of steps & like laid over screed bed of minimum 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 grey cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, nothing extra shall be applicable for narrow width of stone work.

Mild steel TMT bars( FE 500) 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips including stirrups, spacers and binders.

M/L, Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in 1 : 4 cement mortar(1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) over external surfaces on brick wall and concrete surfaces and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M/L, Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar(1 cement:4 coarse sand) on brick walls or concrete surfaces and render is to be finished even and smooth with floating coat of neat cement.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) for filling and general horticulture purposes.

Earth filling and spreading by mixing water so as to have earth mixed with optimum quantity of water to achieve 95% compaction using plate vibrator machine complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position Ready Mix Cement concrete M-10, grade, machine batched, machine mixed, Design Mix Concrete (excluding the cost of centering and shuttering,) placing in position, Mechanical vibrated using Needle Vibrator & finally finishing & Compacting the surface with Surface Vibrators and finished including addition of admixtures in recommended portions (as per IS-9103) to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve workability without tampering strength and durability laid to required slope and camber in panels as directed in accordance with IS 456-2000,transported to the site of work from approved RMC plant.

Providing & laying in position Ready Mix Cement concrete M-25, grade, machine batched, machine mixed, Design Mix Concrete (excluding the cost of centering and shuttering,) placing in position, Mechanical vibrated using Needle Vibrator & finally finishing & Compacting the surface with Surface Vibrators and finished including addition of admixtures in recommended portions (as per IS-9103) to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve workability without tampering strength and durability laid to required slope and camber in panels as directed in accordance with IS 456-2000,transported to the site of work from approved RMC plant.

Providing and fixing at or near the ground level, Factory made Vibro compacted Pre cast Cement Concrete Kerb stone of Design Mix M-25 grade, size of kerb stone 200mm length, 200mm height, bottom width 130 mm and Top width 80mm as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Kerb stone should be manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration compaction table and finished smooth as per required shape size and pattern and setting in position, in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand ) jointing and pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 fine sand ) including making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing at or near the ground level, Factory made Pre cast Cement Concrete Kerb stone of Design Mix M-25 grade, size of kerb stone 900mm or 600 mm length, 300mm height, bottom width 125 mm and Top width 80mm as per typical design as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Kerb stone should be manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration compaction table and finished smooth as per required shape size and pattern and setting in position, in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand ) jointing and pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 fine sand ) including making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling existing interlocking paver blocks of 60 mm thickness complete as specified/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of dismantled 60 mm thick interlocking paver blocks at indicated locations as per design/ pattern provided by Engineer-in-Charge, laid over a base of 30 mm (average) thick Jamuna sand and joints filled with fine sand and finally compaction of bedding sand and blocks laid over it, with vibratory plate compactors, till the top of each paving block is in level with its adjacent blocks complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 60mm thick, C&D waste recycled interlocking paver blocks of approved shape / pattern as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, 60 mm thick, made out of C&D waste at C&D waste recycling plant established by East Delhi Municipal Corporation or other similar agencies/ Municipal Corporations as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Interlocking paver blocks shall be purchased by the contractor as applicable rates fixed by such units. Interlocking paver blocks be fixed and provided at site at indicated locations in a pattern approved / directed by Engineer-in-Charge, laid over a base of 30 mm (average) thick Jamuna sand and joints filled with fine sand and finally compaction of bedding sand and blocks laid over it, with vibratory plate compactors, till the top of each paving block is in level with its adjacent blocks complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material/ labour, extra charges for providing factory made 100 mm thick cement concrete prefab C&D waste recycled interlocking coloured paver blocks of any colour, shape and pattern made out of C&D waste at C&D waste recycling plant established by East Delhi Municipal Corporation or other similar agencies/ Municipal Corporations as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in lieu of 60 mm thick interlocking paver blocks, having average comprehensive strengthen of 4000 kg/cm2 with grey cement and pigment manufactured in jointless moulds on vibration table, laid over a base of 30 mm thick (average) Jamuna Sand and joints filled with fine sand and finally compaction of bedding sand and laid over it with vibratory plate compactors till the top of each paving blocks is in level will adjacent blocks laid in designs and patterns complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
