Supply, Errection, Installation, Commissioning & Testing of 20 Metre High Mast lightning System (Make: BAJAJ / PHILIPS / CROMPTON) (Material construction of high mast sheet shall be of BSEN 10025 / lS 5986 Gr Fe 510 or equivatent). Mast shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3, 3 point suspention system. It shall also include foundation and 8 Nos 200 watt LED flood lights luminaire including accessories. The scope of work shall also be deemed to include the following:- a) Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement siutalbe for 8 luminaires symmetrically & Its control gear boxs and lightning finial and with 03 point suspension system. (b) LED floodlight luminaire including all accesories, silicon filled driver IP-66 protection, driver must have BIS registered of cat part No LFLN-200-CDL/60M of CROMPTON. (c) Double drum winch motor and manual method of operation tested load per drum 1000 Kgs. (d) Stainless steel wire rope 6 mm dia 7/19 construction conforming to AISI-316 grade. (e) The mast shall have an integral power tool 1.5 HP 1400 RPM single speed Reversible 415 Volt, installed inside the base compartment for its operation. (f) 02 Nos LED type Aviation obstruction light. (g) Service Wiring feeder to flood light with multistranded copper conductor cable with double run for one standby cable.

(h) Design, costing of suitable RCC foundation with Concrete grade for high mast considering SBC of soil as 10 T/Sqm (after cutting of concret & bituminus road and incl bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. and including PCC (1:2:4) for panel grounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instractions subject to approval of the GE. (j) Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type (CPRI approved) .The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x4mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, double door openable type, with aprons for cable entry, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 10 Sq mm. 2 Nos danger notice plate made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white of size 25 x 20 cm with letters, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour shall be fixed to the pillar box with appropriate size nuts, bolts and washers etc indicating the voltage and danger in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm fixed on wall with insulators and laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles/wall, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal boring under the road below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100 mm without damaging the existing road getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 2 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantlingh unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Make: ASHLOK safe Earthing System/ True Power or equivalent) (Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm.
