Patch Repairing work of SH/MDR/ODR Road Under Block Nigohi By Hot Mix Plant in Distt Shahjahanpur (Fin. Year 2026-27)

G-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm verical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of Tack Coat on the sides and base of excavation as per the clause 503, back filling the pot holes with Hot Bituminouse Material /PC as per clause 510, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all (Including all Material, Bitumen Labour and T&P etc) as per clause 3004.2 by Hot Mix Plant.

Providing and laying of premix seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hours using Crused stone chipping 6.7 mm size and Penetration Bitumen of suitable grade (Including all Material, Bitumen Labour and T&P etc) as per Technical Specification by Hot Mix Plant.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (V.G.-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with HMP 60-90 TPH producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% as per job mix, and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a Machnical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.
