Providing and laying UPVC pipe, non- corrosive ( prakash or equivalent) 8 inch dia embedded in cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including fittings and making good the surface complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.

Labour engaged at site cleaning the surface removal of hedges and plants along with other miscellaneous works. stacking and disposal of serviceable & unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and for other required works at site.

Engaging welder for recovering servicable materials/items from site and allied activities during demolition.

Providing and fixing of 20mm thick Industrial grade tiles of approved make (HR & Johnson or equivalent) conforming to IS Specifications, laid over a base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including surface preparation, neat cement slurry, jointing with white cement and matching pigments, curing, finishing and cleaning complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge along with providing spacers at requisite spacing and gap between tiles shall be filled with epoxy of exterior grade. The basic rate of tile shall be Rs 125/sft.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing of HPL cladding of Greenlam over an existing gate complete item in all respect with rivets etc.(Greenlam HPL,LORRAINE or equivalent brand) WALNUT D-9107

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) .

Engaging carpenter for repairs to woodwork like doors, windows etc

Providing and fixing cramps of required size and shape in RCC/CC/brick masonry backing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) including curing & drilling necessary hole in stones and embedding the cramp in the whole (fastener to be paid separately). Stainless steel cramps.

Removal of waste by mechanical means and disposal of the same beyond municipal limits

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
