(b) Cleaning of the vessels, Painting inside with epoxy/zinc chromate and outside of the vessel with sy. enamelled paint. (c) Supply & loading of new charge of Sand,Silex, Pebbles, Zeofil, Gravel etc for existing filter-1 Lot (d) Supply & Installation of Rubber Packing, Nuts & Bolts-1 Lot (e) Replacement or Provision of defective /Unserviceable Service/Back wash/Aeration valve, Pressure Guage, Pipe Lines, Base for Vessels etc.

Annual Maintenance Contract of Iron removal water Plant consisting of PFOC, IRF, ACF, Chlorine Dozer, Soda Ash Doser, Motor pump etc. by deploying of manpower for carrying out Monthly Preventive Maintenance, Attending Unlimited breakdown call, repairing of leakages, backwash, maintaining maintenance record/report, data compilation, Conducting of both Raw and Treated water quality test from Govt. Laboratories/Approved labs once in every month, replacing the damaged parts like Valves, Guage, Pipe Lines and other minor part and carrying out Quaterly/Semi-Annually/Annual maintenance of all installed units related to Iron removal Plant, safe disposal of spent media, back wash waste water. The Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract shall start after the completion of DLP of 1 year.
