Comprehensive running maintenance and servicing of various WTAC/ STAC Air Conditioners of (1.5 to 2.0 TR) of different makes and models installed at Prison Complex, Mandoli including labour charge and replacement of all defective minor parts, i/c supplying and charging of R-410/R-22/R-32 refrigerant gas in the compressor in case of leakage (Except replacement of compressor) i/c checking the units oiling, greasing, chemical cleaning of condenser coil, cooling coil i/c replacement of defective parts, Air filter, running capacitor, starting capacitor, starting relay, overload realy thermostat switch, wiring kit, 15/20 Amp plug top/Industrial socket, flexible connection cable/ lead, drain pipe and tightening the loose connection, complete as required.

Summer Season 167 Nos. for 8 Months (with minimum staff 1 No. Technician and 1 No. Helper in 9 AM to 5 PM)

Dismantling and reinstallation of existing 1.5/2.0 TR STAC units including removing copper pipe connection, drain pipe i/c disconnection from electrical mains & repairing of wall with cement/POP etc. and then fiixng the ac unit at the desired location as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and replacement of following accessories in the existing split type AC units/WTAC units including connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Providing, Replacement & Laying of refrigerant copper piping (5/8" & 3/8" dia) alongwith black rubber AC insulation pipe from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC duly insulated along with 2.5 sq.mm 4 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable and 20mm size of cotton thread ribbed PVC flexible pipe from drip tray of AC units to drain pipe i/c gas charging of suitable refrigerant etc. as reqd

Supplying , Installation , testing and commissioning of 2.0 Tr Capacity Indoor AC unit , Copper Refrigerant , Compatible with all Eco Friendly Refrigerant gas capable for Cooling , dehumidifying , air circulating suitable for operation on 230V 50Hz Single Phase AC Supply etc including connection with outdoor AC Unit etc complete as reqd and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Supplying , Installation , testing and commissioning of 2.0 Tr Capacity Outdoor Unit STAC of following Capacity suitable for operation on 230V , 50Hz Single phase AC Supply , Capable of performing cooling , complete with condenser coil , compressor , valve set fitting etc complete as reqd.

Supply & replacement of existing faulty (0.75KW) 1 HP self priming monoblock pump set i/c installation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd at site.

Supply & replacement of V- Belt of pulley of various sizes (A38, A84, B116, B117, B142, B144, B168, B131, B159 etc. as per site requirement) i/c fixing, commissioning etc, complete as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge)

Supply & fixing of ISI marked heavy duty cross corrugated evaporative type honeycomb cooling pads of 200 mm thickness made of cellulose paper, specially treated flute media capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling, treated with anti-rot, anti corrosion coating & regidifying resin in existing air washer pad frames with steel screws, washers including cutting to required shape & size etc. complete as required at site.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'B' class medium duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required :

Providing and fixing of 25 mm nominal ball valve (SS) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete.

Supplying and replacement of GI Wire mesh Air washer pre filter of following size suitable for exesting air washer i/c connection etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in confirmation with IS : 655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning 450 mm metal body 900 RPM heavy duty exhaust fan including supplying and fixing of gravity louvers & shutters in the existing opening, including making goodthe damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supply & replacement of following faulty electrical accessories in the existing starter panels of air washers i/c testing, commissioning etc, complete as requied at site and as per direction of engineer in charge.

The work shall include inspection, documentation of all cleaned areas, use of approved mechanical and/or manual methods suitable for masonry ducts without causing damage to the duct structure, collection, transportation and safe disposal of all debris including white washing of internal walls of duct. The item includes compliance with all applicable safety regulations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in confirmation to SMACNA/IS and as per specifications complete etc. as required.
