Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over priming coat, including scraping,clean,removel of dirt etc.complete complying including necessary plaster of paris, putty, etc.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter blue-gum props or casurina props or best quality bamboo props of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.5m.in to the ground +0.5m projection) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m, and the spacing of props being 2m, in both the rows with two horizantal props with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m, c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm,thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nails - 1m.
