Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cove obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75Kg/Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm in trenches for protecting under groung cable as per IS (for 33 KV Cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) 33 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks/cable covers of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks/cable covers as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks/cable covers will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks/PCC cable cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested HT Bus Bar Panel board, size: 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door, suitable for 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of size ,50 mm x 10 mm, 3 Nos installed on SMC insulators suitable for 11000 Volts .The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking . The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). including excavation, earth work and platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting LT Panel any size indoor/Outdoor including after disconnecting all incoming/outgoing cables from the panels and installing the same after making necessary plinth work, proper glands,thimbling,tapping and painting as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Painting work,Glands,Thimbles, plinth brick and shifting work deemed to consider quoted rateunder this item only.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
