S&F 30 mm thick Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with wood grain printed PVC sheet 5mm thick ‘C’ channel having a 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross wood grain printed PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. S&F Ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball, and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as directed.

M&L for applying sockets for injection grouting including drilling holes in concrete of slab, fixing perforated sockets of approx 140mm length, cleaning the holes, placing sockets at predefined angles and prepacking the same with packing putty, grouting with neat cement slurry under pressure including adding "Cebex 100" of FOSROC or equivalent Make', expandable grouting admixture @ 225 gm of admixture in per 50 kg of cement to fill the sockets/port completely and proceeding in methodical manner for all sockets fixed till the grout is filled and returns from the holes, cutting off the extral length of socket, plugging the holes, cleaning etc complete all as directed (The job to be exeuted through authorised Applicator's approved manufacturer of Make given in Appx 'C')

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details (a) to (g) and complete all as specied and directed

(a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal rubbish outside MD land.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.

(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C'.)

(d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C', on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating "Dr FixitPidifin 2K" or equivalent can be furthr applied right upto 2.10 mm to water proof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annes and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. incl provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

Removing existing water proofing treatment to complete any descrption, thickness and in any position including removal of rubbish of the premises etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) 10 mm th cement plaster in CM 1:3 with integral WPC 3% by weight of cement, to be laid over the RCC roof slab when the concrete is green. (b) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP ( Actatic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non woven polyster matt make as approved including a coat of primer @ 0.4 Ltr / sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centigrade and viscosity 70-160 cps over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instruction. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centigrade as 650/450N/5Cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree centigrade. Cold flexibility upto 20 degree centigrade when tested in accordance with ASTM ( D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane only all as specifified and as directed. (c) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

M&L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm average thickness as in roof to achieve slope on existing roof surface all as directed.

Excavation and removing/ Taking away settled solid/semisolid sludge from Septic Tanks/ Manholes of any capacity and depth in foul condition including pumping out complete water/liquid with provision of temporarily plugging the inlet pipe and diverting the flow into all as specified and directed.
