MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL AND REPAIR OF VARIOUS PUMPS CONTROL VALVES MOTOR AND PIPE LINE UNDER AGE E/M OF GE BENGDUBI MIL STN

SCHEDULE 'A'

Daily cleaning of swimming pool including by providing of minimum 4 Nos labour for operating of suction sweeper & submersible pool cleaner and mannual cleaning by using brushes, sweeps etc to the floor sides of walls, over flow water channel of swimming pool surrounding area removing all floated materials/insects from pool water and removing all foreign materials muds etc from pool area to outside of the pool not less than 50 mtr as directed at site Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Daily maintenance of swimming pool is to be carriied out as per operating time schedule of the swimming pool, i.e. wef 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. (ii) Surrounding areas of the pool including plant room shall be cleaned after 3:00 PM & upto 5:30 PM.

Taking out of residual pool water from bottom of deep portion of the pool and balancing tank by providing diesel engine driven centrifugal pump set and cleaning the pool including the following works:- (a) M&L for Cleaning of swimming pool and balancing tank complete area by providing man power brushes, sweeping and washing the pool with clean water removing all muds, sludges, foreign materials from bottom of the pool and side water channel with PVC bucket and depositing the same out side the pool complex to a distance not less than 50 mtr from the pool. (b) M&L for spraying of thin layers of bleaching powder not less than 100 KG to the complete area of the pool and balancing tank including sides wall and water channel and scrapping with PVC brushes and washing the complete area with clean water and taking out the dirty water/bleaching powder solution from pool with PVC bucket and throw away the same out side the swimming pool complete and all as specified and directed.

Supply and dosing of Calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45 Kg each) , chlorine concentration level 65-70% and delivered at swimming pool pump house under GE Bengdubi for dosing complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - Puri Chlor or in equivalent as per E-in-C approved)

Supply and dosing for the following materials for daily maintenance of swimming pool per year :-

Bleaching powder.

Alum crystal.

Copper sulphate.

Suppy & fixing in repairs of following items for submersible pool cleaner :-

Brush PVC of size 500 x 100 mm with extendable handle

Protective/sluice bag for submersible pool cleaner (Outer and inner) .

Nylon brush for submersible pool cleaner.

PVC pipe flexible 50 mm dia.

Supply & replacement of PVC float with fixing nut for the suction pipe.

Supply & replacement of Nylon rope 25 mm dia for suction sweeper complete all as directed

S&F Sumersible pool cleaner with complete set of discharge capacity 620 LPM coupled with 1.5kW/2HP, 3-Ph motor including taking down and deposite the unserviceable pool cleaner in MES Store yard all as specified and directed.

Taking out/dismentling of centrifugal pumping set of capacity 3,20,000 LPH after disconnecting all electrical and pipe connection and removing of all nut, bolts from existing pump and motor, transportation to the workshop for the following works services:- (a) Dismantling the centrifugal pump cleaning the all parts, repairs the pump including necessary machine works, replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump complete incl necessary greasing, replacement of gasket and all rusted nut, bolts & washers etc.(Parts will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items) (b) Re-installation/Testing the pumping set to the existing position, connecting all electrical clables, foundation, pipes and complete testing including necessary two coats of painting with synthetic enamelled paints after preparation of surface all as directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 9.00 here-in-before but mono block type pump of capacity 5.75 LPS at 11 M height.

Ditto all as per item No. 9.00 here-in-before but for 65 x 50 mm suction and delivery with 2 HP 440 V 3 phase AC 2800 RPM drive motor complete .

Repair/Overhauling of 3 phase induction motor 440 volts, 20 HP capacity after removing from swimming pool, dismantling the induction motor, cleaning the all parts of motor, rewinding the same with the existing gauge of winding wire and varnishing the stator winding with approved grade of varnish and heating the air compressor in the heat chamber for better insulating resistance, replacement of unserviceable parts reassembling the motor complete including necessary greasing, replacement of all rusted nut, bolts and washer and transportation and applying of two coats of synthetic enamelled paints after preparation of surfaces all as directed. (Parts will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preperation including scraping/rubbing with sand paper etc of old steel/cost iron surface of any description ove 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable cast iron check valve 300 mm bore from balancing tank with connected 300 mm CI suction pipe line and CI fittings with chain-pully block with replacement of necessary gun metal moving parts such as seat, gate, plunger fixed to the position with necessary rubber insersion joints and complete testing all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable cast iron check valve 200 mm bore from balancing tank with connected 200 mm CI suction pipe line and CI fittings with chain-pully block with replacement of necessary gun metal moving parts such as seat, gate, plunger fixed to the position with necessary rubber insersion joints and complete testing.

S&F foot CI foot valve suitable for 300 mm dia CI pipes including taking down old unserviceable foot valve from water sump or well, (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed.

S&F foot CI foot valve suitable for 200 mm dia CI pipes including taking down old unserviceable foot valve from water sump or well (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed.

S&F foot Gun metal foot valve suitable for 80 mm dia GI/MS pipes including taking down old unserviceable foot valve from water sump or well (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed.

Demolition of concrete pump foundation un-reinforced of any description, taking out old and rusted grouting bolts of pump foundation after taking up carefully pump set and keeping aside for re-installation all as directed.

M&L for concrete as in foundation of pumps and machinery/copping of electric pole 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and grouting in concrete bolts with nuts and washers of size 300 mm long 12 mm dia and anti vibration pad for pumping setand pump motor foundation all as directed.

Taking down Valves, butterfly of size 200/150/80mm dia all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Valves, butterfly conforming to IS 13095 of size 200 mm dia (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Valves, butterfly conforming to IS 13095 of size 150 mm dia (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Valves, butterfly conforming to IS 13095 of size 80 mm dia (Make-Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhayay/Kartar) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old/Unserviceable rusted MS Plates from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B, Thickness Min-6 mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1x250 W LED flood light new generation high luminous efficency of more than 115 lumens/watt with innovative thermal management and IP 66 protection, driver should be potted with B/S (R) mark complete all as specified and as directed.Make Havells cat no JETAIRISPLUSFLS250WLED757PASYMLTG or equivalent of Philips/Crompton.

Supply and fixing 1x70 W LED flood light new generation high luminous efficency of more than 115 lumens/watt with innovative thermal management and IP 66 protection, driver should be potted with B/S (R) mark complete all as specified and as directed.Make Havells cat no JETAFLAREFL70WLED757LTG or equivalent of Philips/Crompton.

Supply and fixing and jointing flat submersible cable of size 10 sqmm 3 core 80/0.4 PVC insulated and sheathed stranded copper conductor cable including testing and taking out old and unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40 mm dia GI pipe Light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- For fixing on wall, minimum 02 Nos clamp will be provided in one meter).

Taking sample water from swimming pool and getting tested from Base Hospital/PHED/any authorised Lab complete all as directed.
