Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using GI earth wire 4 mm dia as earth electrode connected to bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel etc at one end and connected to equipment at another end.GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment 20 dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover slab of 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. ROAD, PATH & CULVERT M & L for preparing black top surface of road and applying thermo plastic paint on marking of 2.5 mm thicksingle coat a center line, stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern. Road marking of not exceeding 100 mm wide using hot mark thermoplastiv paint hot application) white or yellow by indineous modem propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredient such as binder, glass bends, titenium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillets etc. Thermoplastic requirment for glass bends shall be cofirming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass bends etc. as per IRC-35 with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cat eye solar reflective type pf meta body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per maufactureres instructions complete all as specified drawing.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Providing, supplying and laying of DWC pipe, Class-SN8 Structured Wall polyethelene Piping systems of 150mm internal dia (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth External Annular Corrugated and Smooth Internal Surfaces (Double Wall) for non-pressure underground Sewerage & Drainage application confirming to IS:16098-2013 including all materials, labours, T&P required for proper completion of work complete all as directed and specified.

Providing, supplying and laying of DWC pipe, Class-SN8 Structured Wall polyethelene Piping systems of 200mm internal dia (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth External Annular Corrugated and Smooth Internal Surfaces (Double Wall) for non-pressure underground Sewerage & Drainage application confirming to IS:16098-2013 including all materials, labours, T&P required for proper completion of work complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for RCC Septic tank for 50 user designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and shown on drawings No. TD-750 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

M&L for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.40 M dia X 4.50 M effective depth complete all as specified and shown on drawings No. TD-576 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

COMPOUND WALL AND GATE M&L for Steel gate 4000 mm wide complete all as specified and shown on drawings No. TD-579 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of fly ash brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work, 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on internal surface of valve pit and mild steel sheet cover of 6 mm thick and angle iron of size (50 x 50 x 6) mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 levers and in duplicate key (Make - Godrej or equivalent make as approved by GE complete) including two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking out of GI pipe line including valves of 50/40mm dia including necessary earthwork in any type of soil and old dismantelled /taking down materials shall be deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed. Note :- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Earthing materials such as coal and salt should not be less than 60 Kg & 110 Kg respectively.

Supply & fixing LED street light luminaire 70/75 watt, comprising of PDC housing enclosed with toughened glass cover including bracket of 32 mm dia light grade GI tubing 1.20 m long bend to shape fixed on pole with MS flat iron of size 50mmx3mm and nut, bolt, washer including paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including making cable connection with 3 core PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm and ingress protection 66 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Polycarbonate junction box of size 350x200x150 mm with 01 No SP MCB 6 Amps 02 Nos alumin-ium bus bar of size 25 mmx3 mm for cable in/out fixed on porcelain support with hinged cover and locking arrangement fixed to the PSC/Steel pols by means of suitable size of clamps with nut, bolt and washer with and including locking arrangement fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-27, 9.00 mtr long, complete all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. (f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed. (g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as directed. Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. All other connected work, shall be measured and paid separately.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine with and including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron route indicator of 100mm dia made for HT 11KV UG cable fixed on 3 fit long MS angle 25x3mm bend to shape including connected etc. and PCC work painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of red paint before fixing all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old LT cable of 10 to 25 Sqmm 2 core/4 core including necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of LT cable upto 25 sqmm 4 core incluidng necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER Supply & fixing of hot water composite pipe (PE-AL-PE) 20mm bore ISI marked, including tee,elbow and other jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATOR, AC, WATER COOLAR & DESERT COOLER Supply and installation of 2 mm thick metallic body desert cooler electric driven (single phase) having nominal air flow of capacity 4000 cum/hour, including water pipe connection with PVC pipe connection having brass coupling nuts at both ends, PVC float valve, angle iron stand of size 40x40x6mm with suitable size of wheels, PVC front grill, regulator, horizontal and vertical adjustable PVC grill with suitable size water pump and fan motor including necessary fittings and electric plug connection with and including plug top 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Voltage stabilizer of capacity 1.0 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input voltage between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with out put voltage stabilized at 230 Volts with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % complete all as specified and directed.
