Repair and maintenance of various roads laying of Hume pipes cleaning of drains and providing filling and placing OB filled bags at various locations for monsoon preparedness and monsoon period at Junad Extension OCM under Ukni Junad Sub Area of Wani

Item Description/ Heading (Note:- The Work is to executed as per the STC attached in the Tender document)

Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and spreading in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications. (Laying would be done Manually / Mechanically as required)

Supplying and stacking at site complete, as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Stone dust

Spreading stone dust, for road width, complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Desilting and removal of muck, sludge, mud, silt, and garbage by manual means, including excavation if required, and disposal of the same up to a lead of 50 metres and lift up to 1.50 metres; all complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of materials including loading, unloading, and stacking, complete, with lead up to 1 km — Murrum, building rubbish, and earth.

Deployment of excavator machine (JCB or equivalent) with one helper with tools and plants etc, including the cost of operator, diesel, lubricants, etc., for desilting and cleaning of mud, muck, sludge, and silt from drains, jungle clearance as and when required, and disposal of the excavated material within a lead of 50 metres; all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (the working hours shall be counted from the initial start of work, i.e., from the initial metre (hour) reading to the final metre (hour) reading recorded at site only)

Assistance for laying non-pressure NP-3 class (heavy-duty) RCC pipes of all diameters in proper line, level, and slope; all complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour rate only)

Supplying wire rope sling of 20 mm diameter with minimum safe lifting capacity of 5 tonne, suitable for lowering RCC Hume pipes at site; all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing empty plastic cement bags of good quality and filling the same with sandy / non-cohesive soil / O.B. of approved quality (approximately 1 Cft per bag), including proper binding/stitching with jute thread / yarn / plastic string, and placing the filled bags at the desired location with all leads and lifts; all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
