Electro-forged Galvanized Gratings as per Typical Drawing Load Bearing & Frame Bar : 40 x 5 mm Cross Member : 6 mm Twisted Square Bar Maximum Pitch of Load Bearing Member : 40 mm Maximum Spacing between Cross Bar : 100 mm ----------------------------------------------------------------------- All mild Steel of gratings shall conform to IS : 2062, Gr. A ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Electro-forged gratings units shall be blast cleaned to near white metal surface SA - 2 1/2 and shall be hot dipped galvanized & shall be tested as per IS : 2633 . Minimum Zinc deposit shall be @ 610 gm / Sq. Mtr of surfaces area.
