Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling/roof etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) externally in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer’s instructions and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ against appropriate item of this schedule)

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs, fixing of hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including formwork if required complete all as specified.

S&F Flush shutters, 30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30 mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to divided into square with plain chamfered rounded mitred and rebated, without sash bar, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel window with side shutter including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded as specified as directed.

S&F for Aluminium (Die cast) body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 1 universal type, suitable for door shutters up to 700 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 43 here-in-before but as in skirting including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing coat coat of dado/skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450 X 300 X 7mm) thick as in vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring over 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone as in skirting, riser of steps, dado and pillar over 10 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as directed.

S&F PVC FALSE CEILING consisting of 600x600mm, 5mm (+0.25) thick plain ambossed PVC sheet of 600Kg/Cbm Density manufactured by ISO 9001-2008, certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T- section of sizes 1"x1" (25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'x2'(600x600mm). the aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of "J" hook and GI wire/6mm MS rods of require sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium L-section of size 1"x1"(25x25mm) angles etc. complete as specified by manufacturer & drawing and as directed.

S&F for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawings.

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and fixing 10 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with GI wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.
