REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF ROAD, CULVERT, RETAINING WALL OF 4(I) ARMD BDE AND ITS ALLIED UNITS UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer with 5.5% binder (Paving bituminous VG-30 grade) content , mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne cap vibratory power roller to achive the required compactness, camber and gradien finish complete including (cutting of edges of road straight and site clearance) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for marking 2 mm thick of 01 coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra crossing, speed breakers etc on roads pavements and the like n exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make and mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine, complete with traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar two side reflective type of metal aluminium stud body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA strip lens reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions fixed with epoxy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dealineator to be of solar type as approved by GE.

Demolition of brick masonry or stone masonary/boulder masonary (Jodhpur type) built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 10.00 here-in-before but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Stone obtained from serial item No. 9.00

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ kerb stone,coping, bed plates, water through and the like including necessary formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, set in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for road side berms of 75mm spread thickness with available approved soil/moorum obtained from within MD land as directed, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Approved soil/moorum shall be obtained from MD land as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) No lead charges or charges whatsoever nature shall be paid on this account.
