Material & labour repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen binder (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer over black top surfaces @ 3Kg/10Sqm with VG-30 bitumen on prepared black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Cat eye of reflective type alluminium alloy pressure die cast heavy duty type (100x100x20mm,21 beads(7x3) each side 3 panel) fixing withself tapping screw or other required fixing arrangement as directed. Cat eye should be as per the norms of IRS all as directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil, grease and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by fully /semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profiles shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of aluminium alloy solar road studs, 100% water proof of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 60mm), high efficiency mono crystalline Solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd Recharge battery (1.2V/1600MA) six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd with flash rate 2 Hz, bearable weight 10 tons fixed on existing roads by drilling and fixed with adhesive all as per manufacturer's instructions. Make : DA 110 (Dark eye)/XTSRS-03 (Akriti solar Pvt Ltd (New Delhi)).

Supply and fix in repair rubber speed breaker of size 500 mm (L) x 380 mm (W) x 50 mm (T) 2 pieces of PMMA in amber colour and H1P reflective of yellow and black colour molded in ABS PC alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Road side Sign boards/ retro- reflectorized sign board made of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet of size 60 cm diameter or size not exceeding 1.00 sqm each board, conforming to IRC 67-2012 using Type ASTM-D903 of retro reflective sheeting (type A) and colour as per IRC ,like built up from 50 mm GI Pipe or rolled steel compound girders, stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. shaped and with base plate as per approved design with painting & writing letter or figures including foundation excavation, PCC type C2 1:3:6 of size 50X50X50 cm using graded granite stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete of bottom including removing of excavated materials from the site and complete fixing arrangement in all respect of sign boards.
