S.H. STEEL WORK

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses, framed work / cable tray / cable runner / vertical supporting post of cable runner as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer - in charge including priming coat with fixing in position by hoisting at any height complete for horizontal feeder / ertical cable run way . (Note :- The slope of horizontal cable tray should be downward from BTS room / shelter towards tower to prevent the seepage of water inside BTS room).

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates

Supplying at site galvanised steel pipe pole materials consisting of M.S. Pipe (medium quality), angle, flat, bars gusset plates, climbing ladders, vertical and horizontal cable carrying ladder, antenna fixtures, base plates, connecting plates etc. all fabricated including cutting, drilling holes and welding etc. as per approval drawing for erection of roof top pole / tower. The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS : 2062-1992 I.S. 1363-1992 & I.S : 12427 and fabrication shall be as per IS : 4757 . The structural steel section produced by only main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO, JINDAL shall be used for fabrication of tower material. The rate shall include cost of all material , labours, tools, plants & machineries and carrying the materials to the site including loading and unloading, shorting and stacking at ground floor for all leads, taxes, duties and ancillary work in handling of the pole materials.

Supplying anchor bolts & nuts for fixing at base of tower manufatured from 20 mm dia mild steel bar of required length as per structural drawing conforming to IS 2062 threaded at top up to 150 mm length and welded with lugs made from 100 mm x 100mm x 10 mm thick mild steel plate at 50 mm from bottom & other lugs as per structural drawing including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos ( Nut & check nut ) and MS spring washers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . Rate including the cost of the materials, all taxes & carriage at site i.e at top of roof.

Labour for fixing anchore bolts of 20 mm diameter 4 Nos. in each column ( Total 12 Nos.) with template , anchor bolts and nuts in proper line & plumb and maintaining centre to centre distance for anchor bolts in each leg during RCC at column for 3.00 Metre height roof top pole as per drawing & as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Labour for lifting , hoisting and erection of poles (PIPE) above roof top (G+6) height on pedestal columns including fixing the poles with the mumty room as per departmental drawing and design with all its necessary components viz fixing of Antenna mounting at proper height with bolts , nuts, spring washers, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . (Note : Rate includes cost of all operations involve in hoisting and erection of poles / tower including lifting of materials from ground to terrace, hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries , fixing of members with plates, nuts, bolts, washer and welding wherever required, life jackets, safety belts, helmet and all other necessary safety devices etc. and nothing will be paid extra on this account. involved.

S.H: FLOORING WORK

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

S.H: FINISHING

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .

Painting two or more coats for 3.00 metre Roof Top Pole with high gloss synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and colours (white and internation orange) over one coat of ETCH primer and second coat of zinc choromate yellow primer of approved brand as per recommendation of international civil aviation rules in galvanised 3.00 metre RTP including all components i.e ladder, antenna mount fixture etc. ( Rate including cost of labours, materials , preparation of surface, tools and plants, saftety belts, jackets , helmets and all other necessary safety devices including insurance premium etc. and nothing will be paid etra on this account ) .

S.H: DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING

Chieselling of roof surface / cutting of RCC column up to required depth for welding of column dowel bars for all 3 Nos legs of RTP consisting 18 Nos main reinforcement with existing roof reinforecement and welding of pole tower member with reinforcement of existing column through cleat / angle / flats etc. Exposed chieselling surface shall be covered with cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and complete as per the direction of Engineer -In-Charge . ( Welding charges, steel members and cement concrete work will be paid separately )

S.H: ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick ACP sheet in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

SH: TOWER DISMANTLING

Labour charges for dismantling of roof top tower of height upto 12/15 Metre height including antenna mount, cable tray, earthing strip etc. with necessary tools and plants, all as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for carriage of dismantled roof top tower material including dismantled cable tray, earthing strip material & shelter material from terrace (G+2) to ground on head or with necessary tools and plants etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Transportation of dismantlled Roof Top Tower materials, cable tray,antenna mount & Shelter material etc. from BTS site at Ashoknagar-2, Ranchi to Telecom store Dhurwa, Ranchi including loading , unloading and stacking from site to store as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for dismantling of 3 No's RCC beam of sizes (3.05metreX340mmX650mm), (2.77metreX340mmX650mm) & (2.15metreX340mmX650mm), 3 No's RCC coloumns of size (450mmX340mmX1.60 metre) & 4 No's RCC coloumn of Shelter of size (420mmX420mmX380mm)structure etc. by manual means for Roof top tower bases on the terrace with necessary tools and plants etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for carriage of dismantled building rubbish of Roof top tower & shelter from terrace (G+2) to ground with head load and disposing the same upto muncipal corporation dumping area etc. including loading & unloading all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Making the surface of terrace in good position at the dismantled portion of bases (Approx.1 Sqm to 3 Sqm of area of terrace of RTT/Pole tower with flooring (1:2:4) and cement plaster mix of (1:4) all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges for weighing the truck on Dharam Kanta in loaded condition as well as in unloaded condition and presenting receipt of the same for calculating the tower material weight for handing over to the receiving SDE- in -charge of Ranchi Telephones all complete.
