Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete, all as spescified and directed.

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at junction of roof and parapet wall / mumty / other vertical space and applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge any thicknes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable sheets retrieved vide Sl item no 6.00 here in before shall be reused.

S & F 0.63mm plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley, gutters drip etc with grade of zinc coating 120gm/sqm complete all as specified & directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets of any thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only AC (corrugated or semicorrugated ) as in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable AC Sheets retrieved vide Sl Item no 12.00 shall be reused.

M&L for asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling existing unserviceable, PVC / RCC water tank of capacity n.exc 500 litre each & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Litre capacity white color rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, white colour, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank, complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity white color rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top), white colour, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank, complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

M&L for 40mm thick sand stone slabs in base of water tank and set and cement mortar 1:4 over and including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggreage) complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal high pressure globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes of 25mm bore and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item no 31.00 here in before but except stone. NOTE: Old serviceable stones retrieved vide Sl Item no 30.00 shall be reused.

M&L for old size brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster on wall /ceiling of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in 1:4 on stone masonary wall surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 litre but not exc 500 litre, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 500 litre but not exc 1000 litre, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe 110mm bore including all fittings complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
