Part-A (Labour Portion)

Production of packaged drinking water on 8 hours per shift basis of R.O. based fully automatic drinking water bottling plant with an hourly Production capacity 3600 bottles of 1000 ml/500 ml at Chakchaka Bottling Plant in the District of CoochBehar, West bengal by providing sufficient skilled machine operator for pet Blowing machine (1 No.), Rinsing, filling, capping machine (1 No.), labelling machine & batch code machine (1 No.), shrink wrapping machine (1 No.), water treatment plant (1 No.), High pressure Compressor, Low pressure Compressor, Chiller and Cooling tower (1 No.). Assistant operator for despatch of finished product to ware house (1 No.), skilled person for Stock keeping aranging of finished product at ware house upto delivery point and data report generation through automation system (1 No.) Security guard (1 No.) per shift including providing necessary personnel for guarding arrangement round the clock. The Agency will provide sufficient man power for smooth operation security of the bottling plant as directed by E.I.C. This does not include any spares and raw materials for operation and maintenance of the bottling plant. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Provision of Electrician visit to oversee the overall power circuit and electrical accessories and machineries. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Part-B Supervision Portion)

Skilled supervisor for supervision of entire installation for trouble free operation including manning, control, output data generation etc. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Sweeping of garbage from bins of different area inside the plant, collecting from roads, intermediate path way, back side of the plant , cleaning of surrounding surface drains, cleaning of roofs including collection of dust and also mopping of inside area of the whole plant, rooms to ensure highest level of hygenic condition inside the plant, cleaning of all grease strains thoroughly including supply of all necessary T & P items like brooms, approved disinfectant, floor cleaner, room freshner etc. as per direction of EIC.for 12 months. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Part-C (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Maintenance)

Making arrangement for adequate care for day to day and weekly preventive maintenance to keep the plant healthy. All the machines and apparatus need to be cleaned and washed every time before and after use. The machines and apparatus, electrical panel board switches, switch gear etc. to be monitored and checked for its proper functioning by supplying different lubrication oil and grease for daily replenishment & topping of grease (AP 2) and lubrication oil 30 grade ( RFC & labelling machine ), FRL- 32, CRC, WD-40 for pet blowing machine, Recip oil for HP compressor and other compressor oil including changing of fuse wires, tubes, bulbs etc. Weekly Maintenance to be done preferably on weekly holiday by deploying skilled man power in WTP area (4 times in month). PET Blowing, RFC, Labelling, Batch coding & Shrink Wrapping Machine( 4 times in a month) and HP compressor with Dryer, LP compressor with Dryer, Chiller, Cooling Tower, CW pump, all pneumatic conveying main etc ( 4 times in a month) and pouch filling machines (4 times in amonth).Raw materials to be kept properly in good condition and

Deployment of skilled technician of work force to undertake routine daily /weekly / monthly periodical machine wise maintenance work strictly adhering to the maintenance guidilines of the manufacturer including other routine (daily / weekly /monthly) maintenance work viz CIP, lubrication, greasing, tightening of nuts, checking conding of belts & air filter, alignment as required and regular upkeepment in different parts of plant including fitting of Deparmental supplied spares as and when required to ensure overall good health of the plant of whole as per direction of E.I.C. for 12 months

Static Portion:-

WTP areas (Dual Media, UF, RO, Ozonator etc.)

Motive Portion:-

PET blowing machine, RFC, Labeling machine, shrink wrapping machine

HP compressor with dryer, LP compressor with dryer, chiller tower, CW pump etc. including leakage test of entire pneumatic, conveying main including calibration of gauges.

Miscellaneous Charges:-

Supply, delivery & keep ready stock different lubrication oil and grease for daily replenishment / topping of grease (AP 2) and lubrication oil 30 grade RFC & labelling machine, recip oil for HP compressor and other compressor oil including changing of fuse wires, tubes, bulbs etc. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Making arrangement for preventive maintenance by manufacturer / parent company of a)PET Blowing Machine b) RFC Machine c) Labelling Machine d) Batch Coding Machine e) High pressure Compressor with Dryer f) Low pressure Compressor with Dryer g) Chiller h) Cooling Tower i) Shrink Wrapping machine j) Water Treatment Plant by deploying Service Enginner of the parent manufacturing company as per preventive maintenance schedule with all incidental charges for setting and resetting of different critical process related field instruments alongwith replacement of spares of this plant . A seperate register for attaining monthly preventive maintenace by the parent manufacturing company is to be kept at site duly authenticated by the concerned Engineer-In -charge and should be submitted during preparation of bill.

Deployment of Service Engineer of the parent company with all conveynance for setting, re-setting and calibration of the equipment upto the level of standard

Making payment of monthly data bill against 1 (One) data connection viz Airtel at Chakchaka Bottling plant for maintainning uninterrupted data connection throughout the year.(N.B- Mobile data bill be drawn as per actual mwasurement considering the bill amountbefore due date excluding any late payment fee) for 12 months. (w.e.f. 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027)

Rates are inclusive of ESIC @ 3.25% & EPF @ 13% and @ 1% Labour welfare Cess for establishment having 20 Employers or more.
