Material and Labour for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as required , depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc half bricks and not exc one brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for filling in holdfast complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat without taking off shutter from frame exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter from frame exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Pressed steel frame for doors of size 125mm X 60mm made out of 1.25 mm thick steel sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs , hinges , lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing pressed steel frame of size 105x60mm made out of 1.25 mm steel sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs , hinges , lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel chowkat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick(IIst Class hardwood) factory made gauzed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze , etc (without sash bars) , edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass , etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I , Section 8 , Clause 8.20 (a) , Supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood plain, framed , panelled shutter (2 panel) with lock rail and panel commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board of 9 mm B.W.P commercial veneering on both faces.The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 30mm thck flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels , commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.
