Taking down unserviceable any type of pole and Supply & erect in repair in position steel tubular pole swagged type as per IS 2713 complete with MS base plate finial tapper plug cap bolt, nut, screws etc all as specified for swaged pole of type 410 SP 31 , 09 mtrs long incl painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint all as directed including removing existing pole.( Note :- Excavation and earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode,40mmbore,medium grade,2.5 Mtrers length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground leavle cinnected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shwn in Plate no-2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.(For all installation transformer)

Supply ,laying ,commossionong,testing in repair UG cable 70 Sq mm x 3.5 core ,XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conducter all as directed Note ; Some place schedule of credit wil be ACSR conductor.

Dismentling / Taking down old Aluminium conductor steel rainforced any type and size.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections etc all as specified & directed.

Re-Fixing/re-stringing Aluminium conductor steel rainforced of any type and size on existing steel tubular / PCC poles including winding, jumpering with alkathine pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any size from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT insulator, PIN type 1100 volts as per IS 1445, grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed.

Fixing only LT insulator, PIN type, 1100 volts grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed.

Excavation in trenches Soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for errection of poles etc.,n. exc 1.5m wide, exc 1.5m and n. exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Dismelting the all MCCB, and other control equiptment, Measuring instrutment, Bus bar and internal cable /copper strip connection. Cutting the worn out sheet/angle and fabricated the new MS sheet/angle with match the existing size and shape. Scrapping the existing paint and repainting painting of the panel board with one coat of red oxide paint as a primer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing colour.Refxing the serviceable controll equiptments and connected all incomming/outgoing cables all as directed.Note: (a)The replacement of the unserviceable items and frame work will be measured and paid seperately in respective items.
