DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Supply, Carting, lowering, laying of following dia of DI K-7 of following dia and requisite specials to site of work, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment and gradient, in proper position, cutting of pipes, making of joints including cost of jointing materials and rubber rings, labour, T&P, including hydraulic testing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. It includes provision of making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigates location of various under ground services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer lines etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated works etc. with supply of all necessary equipments, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work. The trenches shall be properly barricaded and fenced off wherever necessary. Red flags and caution boards during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents.

Supply, carting laying and jointing with fixing in proper position of the following sizes of C.I. Double flanged sluice valves and tail peace as per I.S. 780/1969 class-1 working pressure 10kg/sqcm F.O.R destination including lowering, fixing in position and jointing then with pipe line etc comlete including all jointing material and specials of following sizes.

Supply of 50 mm dia screwed down type air valve with gun metal seat at site stone including lowering them into already prepared trenches and fixing them In position including supply of Jointing materials such as bolt nut, Rubber insertion white lead complete with including values and specials Required, testing etc. complete

Supply of underground sluice valves type fire hydrant consisting of 80 mm dia tail pieces, 80 mm dia duck foot band and 63 mm dia standard make iron coupling with cap and chain etc. complete to ISS 909 at site including lowering them into already prepared trenches and fixing them In position including supply of Jointing materials such as bolt nut, Rubber insertion white lead complete with including values and specials, testing etc. complete.

Excavation of earth in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) for pipe line and rising main trenches including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m and refilling watering, ramming of the excavated earth into the trench and also disposal of surplus earth including supply of all material labour, T&P etc complete as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Dismantling of the following type of road surface for laying of pipe line including sorting out and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materias. as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Permanent re-instatement of the following ty pe of road surface after laying of pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work. it also includes necessary excavation required for preparation of trench for reinstatement of road, disposal of surplus unserviceable material, watering, ramming, cleaning surface for proper completion of the work as per directions of Engineer ‐in ‐charge.

Supply and making of 12 mm thick MS pipe for diversion of water by pumping,shifting of existing pipe line and crossing of pipe/culvert/nalla during work and pipe laying size up to 400 mm dia as per requirement of site condition including cost of ms pipe ms bend flange nut volt rubber packing also including hiring of DG set welding machine and gas cutter all labour material etc complete

Provision for Sand filling in trench for cuision of pipe

Disposal of surplus earth

Dewatering work during laying of pipe line and construction of manhole

Interconnection with existing and proposed line

Crossing of Road by trenchless techlogy for laying pipe line including supply and materials labour, T&P etc. complete.

3.5 M wide Road

Road diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards etc. for the laying of pipe line.

Shifting of house connections from old distribution main to new distribution main with 20 mm hdpe pipe up to 5m in length including supply of all material labour T&P etc in 90-600 mm dia line DI / HDPE Distribution main including Dismentling of Road, excavation of earth, supply, carting of e-fusion specials, lowering them into trenches, fixing them including bailing out water necessary excavation for connection, G.I. pipe minimum class 1m, E-fusion clamp, water tap ferrule and all other material required heavy duty brass bib cock as per type design . Including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the works as per design and reinstetment of road and satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Construction of following type chambers as per department type design and drawing including Heavy duty M.S. Manhole Cover and all materials, labour, T&P etc complete for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Air Valve Chamber 350 (L) x 350 (W) x 500 (H) mm as per departmenta drawing no D-6)

Provision for shifting and reinstatement of electric and telephone poles during excavation and laying of water lines.

Design and construct Thrust Block made in R.C.C. with cement coarse sand & 20 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 for pipe line including supply of MS reinforcement wrought to required shape as necessary its bending fixing & binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire in position & necessary centering & shuttering including curing and supply of all materials labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as per specifications for RCC work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Provision for unforeseen utilities along the alignment of pipe line complete as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge. (casing of pipe is done by concreting)

Provision for shifting of electric and telephone cable, gas pipeline,existing water supply mains falling in the alignment of conveying main during excavation and the restoring utilities / services to its original condition. etc. during excavation and laying of sewer lines.
