Upkeep and maintenance of the garden areas including maintenance of trees, avenue trees etc. in PRP Township. This work involve watering daily / periodically satisfactorily, weeding in the landscaped areas, cutting & trimming of lawn grass, gap filling in the lawn areas, ground cover cutting/trimming of shrubs, edges, hedges, removal of dried branches/fronds, pruning of trees, earthing up / weeding near the trunk region, cleaning, hoeing, etc, removal of cut materials, sweeping of lawn/garden areas as required, collection of the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at specified location as directed by the EIC

Collection, supply, stacking and spreading of decomposed dry farm yard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same at places shown by the EIC with a lead of 100 metres all as per specification and instructions by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of the toilets periodicaly as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Consumables will be issued by the department.

Cleaning of the staircase by sweeping, removal of cob webs,Cleaning of the road surface and removal of the sand/inert particles/weeds etc. from the road all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of garbage from dust bins /wet waste bin/dry waste bin /any waste bin and surroundings at different places in PRP Township daily, loading & transporting in tractor/trailer, disposal of the same in dump yard / composting by adding soil heap by layers /dumping in any structure made for the purpose / burning of the same at locations specified within PRP township premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of grass, garden wastes etc from dust bins located at different places in PRP Township daily, loading & transporting in tractor/trailer, disposal of the same in dump yard / composting by adding soil heap by layers /dumping in any structure made for the purpose / burning of the same at locations specified within PRP township premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of wild growth using spade, in the areas by clearing the bushes, grasses, debris,waste materials etc,collecting the same at places with a lead of 100 m in the area as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of wild growth by mechanical means using bush/grass trimmer by cutting at ground level, in the area by clearing the bushes, grasses, debris,waste materials etc,collecting the same at places with a lead of 100 m in the area as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing JCB / Hydra etc for execution of works by mechanised means along with a driver/cleaner for specified works at Amaipakkam township site as per the specifications.

Clearing of the debris, stones inert matter etc. within township premises, by picking, loading, transporting, dumping and leveling the same as per the directions of the EIC.Details in the Section VI.

Cutting of coconut fronds,coconuts,cleaning of spathe etc by climbing the tree using cocnout tree climber manually or mechanicaly at different heights in different locations within PRP township all as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
