Dismantling the existing floor / dadooing walls in cement mortar with Glazed tile/Mosaic tiles/Cuddapah slabs and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.(Ref.:- PWD SOR 2025-26, Annex III- Rates of works - Unique Code- W-0042 (Page-31))

Paving the floor with best quality Stain free Nano Polish Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification

Dismantling the existing one course of Pressed tile roof finish in cement mortar and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.(Ref.:- PWD SOR 2025-26, Annex III- Rates of works - Unique Code- W-0038 (Page-30))

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

Distembering two coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm colour glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with Sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two Sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light for PVC Light Point /Fan Point S D N o 18

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 36

Supply and run of 2 of 1.50 sq.mm (22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp. (SD No. 106) ( ISI std company)
