Term Contract for maintenance or upkeep of existing street lights and high mast lights in Cantonment area

Schedule 'A' (Section I)

Maintenance ,operation, watch and ward round the clock of Street light poles, light fixtures, LED fittings cables, wires, MCB's, earthing, earthing strip, earth wire, Service Pillar (Feeder Pillar) including all accessories such as MCB, MCCB's bus bars, HRC fuses, rewirable fuses, contactor, timers, connector, wires, earthing, glands, thimbles etc. as per Instructions of Engineer in Charge, replacement of worn out cables/wires etc. including excavation and cost of hydraulic crane for repairing of faults cable fault locator equipment and all required tools, labour and all other incidental operations required for execution of maintenance work are included in the rates with cost of all materials and labour for comprehensive maintenance upto light fixture. NOTE: The rates quoted by the bidder for one year per point. The contractor will deposit 100 LED street lights of 90 watts in CB Store as standby arrangement without any extra cost to department before commencement of the work to ensure the proper functioning of street lights.

Maintenance, operation watch and ward round the High Mast Light, light fixtures, cables, LED fittings MCB’s , MCCB’s , feeder pillers, including all accessories such as bus-bar, HRC, rewirable fuses contractor timer and connecting wire from feeder pillar to high mast light, 12M to 20M high, gland, thimbles including replacement of cable, locating fault with fault locating machine, epoxy joints, straight through joints, including cost/rent of hydraulic crane, all tools, labours and all other incidental operations, required for functioning of high mast lights are included in the rates/cost of all material utpo light fixture. NOTE: The rates quoted by the bidder for one year per point. The contractor will deposit 50 flood LED lights of 150 watts in CB Store as standby arrangement without any extra cost to department before commencement of work to ensure the proper functioning of High Mast lights

Supplying & fixing only 8 mt long single dip Galvanized steel octagonal poles with welded base plate (320x320x20 mm) integrated connector box inside the pole containing two no. 5A MCB, Neutral link and earth terminal i/c transportation, handling , marking etc. as per specification and drawings.

Supply & fixing only of single dip galvanized steel double over hang 1.5 m brackets at top of 8 mt pole complete with all fixing arrangements as required.

Supply and drawing 2.5 sqmm single core copper wire 2 nos. inside the GI Octagonal pole from connector box to the HPSV fitting including connections with thimbles as required in 8 m pole.

Supplying , laying , testing and commissioning of 8 SWG GI wire including connection , excavation upto 600 mm depth and back filling.

Supplying & fixing only of 2 core 25 sq mm armoured PVC aluminium cable 1.1 KV grade ISI marked in existing HDPE/RCC pipe and connecting the cable in the pole with connector box as req.

Supplying only of 4 core 25 mm2 armoured XLPE aluminum cable 1.1 KV grade ISI marked in existing HDPE/RCC pipe and connecting the cable in the pole with connector box as reqd.

Supply & laying only of 4” dia HDPE /DWC pipe

M/L highly efficient high power LED street light with lense aesthetically designed fitting with pressure die cast aluminum housing top opening service cover, reflector and enclosed with toughened glass IP-66 protection suitable to mount on 40mm dia mast along with wiring with copper wire of suitable size 90 watt conforming to IS -10322(part 5/Section 3 2012) Havells,Wipro, osram, Halonix, Philips. (Note:- Defect liability period for this item is five (05) years from the certified date of completion of work).

M/L earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe elect rode , 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5. m length, buried directly and preferably, vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 m below ground level connected with earthing lead to 4mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire all as shown in plate No. 4 to the earthling test point along with CC pit and RCC cover all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

Credit for old damaged MS swaged poles 8 mtr. Height i/c dismantling and transportation of pole as required.

M/L painting of electric poles/brackets of any length, any description with aluminum paint of two coats of good quality including preparing surface of the pole smooth to receive painting as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S/F of PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 volt grade 4x16 Sqmm with existing quality by taking out old and unserviceable cable, making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F pvc insulated service cable of size 4x16 sqm suspended by 4 mm dia suspension wire to be fixed from pole to pole on any indicated position including making connection as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 volt grade 4x35 Sqmm by taking out old and unserviceable cable, including making connections as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F PVC insulated multi core round flexible trailing copper of size 5 core x 2.5 sqmmcable by taking out old/burnt form the high mast, connecting from the luminaire and control panel of existing make, and lights as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe welded at suitable angle and fixed with clamps nut bots at indicated position and suitable to mount light fitting by taking down old/unserviceable one as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F timer suitable to operate high mast light automatically of existing capacity and quality by taking out old and unserviceable as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F driver of existing make and suitable for 90 watt LED fittings

S/F contactor, 3 pole MK-1 L&T to be provided in timer panel by taking out old & unserviceable

S/F MNX contactor L&T 32 Amp to be provided in panel

S/F MNX contactor L&T 70 Amp to be provided in the panel by taking out old and unserviceable as specified by taking out old and unserviceable complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F MNX contactor, 110 Amp to be provided in the panel by taking out old and unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Maintenance Operation watch and ward round the clock of LED strip 6 watt, 220 V, 50 HZ, CCT (Correlate Colour Temperature), 4000k with diamention 45000 mm x 10.5 mm x 7.0 mm. The LED strip should be of high quality with highly transparent PVC, suitable to maintain suitable lumen output and colour, with thick copper wire in the strip for high conductivity and less resistence to reduce the risk of failure and increase the durability of the strip. The strip should have flexibility of any shape for easy installation and long life suitable to use in open space environment in three colour Green, Orange and white as specified including connector, drivers complete provide on the street light pole on the central verge of the road. NOTE : The contractor will have to replace the defective LED strip within 24 hours in the event of theft or otherwise panelty will be imposed.

Maintenace, Operation safe custody, watch and ward round the clock of various type of decorative lights, installed at various park of Village Naraina, Village Mehram Nagar, Jharera on Ulaan Bataar road, parks in Shekhawati, Pinto park, Panchwati, Sadar Bazar, Gopinath Bazar etc including all accessories such as MCB, MCCB, wire, earthing, gland, thimbles etc replacement of worn out cables etc including excavation, cost of fault locator and excavation for maintenace works are included in rates with maintenace operation of parks and market lights. NOTE : The contractor will arrange stand by park/ market decorative lights for proper functioning of decorative lights without any extra cost to the department

The LED strip should be high quality with highly transparent PVC, suitable to maintain lumens output & colour with thick copper wire in the strip of high conductivity less resistance to reduct the risk of failure and increase the durability of strip. The strip should have flixibility of any shape for easy installation and long life suitable to use in open space environment in three colour Green, Orange & White as specified including connector drivers complete provide on street light pole on central verge of road complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
