M&L for annual preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Air Cooled Chiller Plant (3 X 80 TR) capacity with refrigerant R-407C (Make - Voltas Limited) through the OEM of Voltas (As per MOU) for following plants/ equipments, control panel of chiller plant :- (a) Air Cooled Chiller Model ACDS080DPMN2x2, capacity 241920Kcal/Hr Package with compressor 4 X 20 TR - 03 Nos (b) Hot Water Generator Module Model RC-175, 3Steps, 175 KW (Sl No. H061, H062) - 02 Nos Make- Rapid Cool (c) AHU (Model-ETU-180 H) with air quantity 17500 cfm, Static Pressure - 75mmWg - 03 Nos at MSB 1 & 2 and MPB Make- Edgetech Air System (d) Chiller Water Pump Set Model KDI 1040 14 lps, 34.5 m head, 7.5 kW/ 10 HP, 2800 r.p.m, 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz - 04 Nos (Make- Kirloskar Brothers) (e) Hot Water Pump Set Model KDI- 844 7.5 lps, 38.0 m head, 5.5 kW/ 7.5 HP, 2800 r.p.m, 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz - 02 Nos (Make- Kirloskar Brothers) (f) Blower Motor at AHU with capacity 15 H.P, 3 ph, 50 Hz - 02X03 Nos Make- Kirloskar Brothers (g) Make up Water Pump Set Model- KDI 225 3.1 lps, 22.0 m head, 1.5 kW/ 2 H.P, 2840 r.p.m, 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz - 03 Nos (in 03 AHU) (Make - Kirloskar Brothers) (h) Humidifier Pump Set Model D832/16 with discharge 3.6 m³/Hr, 8 m Head, 0.37 kW, 1390 r.p.m, 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz - 03 Nos (Make- Kirloskar Brothers) (Please refer Annexure 'A' to BOQ for Notes)

M&L for writing letter, figures, index arrows etc not exc 30 cm in height on LT Panel or any other specified location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of Panel Board or any other plant or equipments by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted surfaces complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of Hot Water Generator Module. Model RC-175, 3 Steps, 175 KW, Make- Rapid Cool as per description as appended below:- (a) Supply & replacement of existing unsv PVC insulated copper cable of size 25 sqmm 1100 V including 36 nos copper socket for Hot Water Generator module complete all as specified and directed (b) Supply & replacement of existing unsv three phase heater (03 nos) with necessary copper wiring through cable of existing sizes & types for water generator module complete all as specified and directed (c) Supply & replacement of existing unsv contactor 40 A, 3 ph, 415 V (03 nos) including necessary copper wiring through cable of existing sizes & types for water generator module complete all as specified and directed. (d) Supply & replacement of existing MCB TPN 63 A (03 nos) including necessary copper wiring through cable of existing sizes & types for water generator module complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The above Job should be executed through Rapid Cool or Voltas Limited (necessary supporting documents should be submitted by bidder for qualifying technical evaluation). (Please refer Annexure 'A' to BOQ for Notes)

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying & streching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Only punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid).

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt, best quality locally available, laid flat with width equal to length of the brick in trenches over sand cushioning for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item NO 10 above but except Brick (old bricks which are collected during taking out of old unsv cable) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out of old/ unsv cable of any sizes or types for replacement with new one complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for relaying heavy duty LT under ground cable of any sizes and types in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for connection to LT Panel, DB or any other indicatated location by heavy duty round wire armoured LT under ground cable of size 300Sqmm, 3.5Core, 1100 V grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, multi stranded aluminium cable conforms to IS 7098/(Part-I) 1988 with latest ammendments in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/paint to match with the existing incl. taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed.
