Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

All terms and conditions are as per attached tender document.

As a Prime Contractor, the tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as Providing and Laying of 600mm dia and above RCC NP-3 Class sewer of value not less than Rs.2.65 Lakhs

Contractors should have registration in BWSSB or KPWD/KUWSDB, etc. Those who does not have BWSSB registration can also participate in the tender provided they should get registered in the Board in case the tender is awarded before the issue of Work Order.

Assessed Available tender capacity (AxNx2.5-B) in KW-1 should be greater than the amount put to tender is mandatory to be uploaded in e-procurement portal.

The Form of tender as per the proforma available in KW-1 should be duly filled and uploaded in the tender wizard as a part of tender document which is mandatory.
