M&L for complete servicing/ cleaning of DG Sets with kerosene or by blower where necessary , prevention of leakage of fuel /oil/ water/coolant, tightening of loose nuts and bolts , retensioning of fen belt, descaling of radiator cleaning with cleaning agent, cleaning of fins by applying pressurised air using blower including replacement of rubber housing set complete , checking of all electrical connections and testing on full load of DG sets with taking out and replacement of defrective parts. Notes:- The quoted rates of the contractor includes for (i) Fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) Supply and replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, studs etc and parts mentioned in the item above.(iii) Labour for replacement of lubricating oil (Cost of lubricating oil shall be measured and paid separately) (iv) Make of DG sets installed are one of the make mentioned in the item. Spare parts to be replaced shall be suitable for the same make and model of engine as installed at site and serviced. (v) Major parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Draining out old Engine oil from Chamber, cleaning of oil sump complete and filling of new oil confoming to specification.

Taking down and repair to self starter by taking out defective parts and repacement of armature , field coils, carbon bush, pinion, shocker arm, bearing complete including testing all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling of FIP Pump & calibration complete all as specified of the DG Set 30 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing / repairs of 380 KVA alternator and removing the same from engine of 380 KVA DG set and servicing and cleaning of alternator carbon brush assembly including commutor, slip rings, carbon brushes and brush holders , checking of commutor, brushes, AVR complete and refixing the same in its existing position after servicing back to the site and connecting up electric connections with suitable lugs complete and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out exhuast unit from 30 KVA DG set for cleaning of silencer , Silencer pipe by using wire brush ect and refix in the same position with necessary welding nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top dedge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including light grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore and 40mm bore light grade for strip protection with funnel wire mesh complete as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point. Note - The unit rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 25mm GI Pipe (Light grade) for watering, 40mm dia pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Taking down carefully aluminium /GI strip of any size and type from site complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

Labour for fixing only aluminium strip of size 25 x3.15mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/ brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall /laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete specified and directed.

M&L for fixing inreplacement of galavanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolys/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x 75x75 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia head screw complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Solar Water Heating system Collector or tubes type and Suppy & Fixing new, evacuated tube type panel set of 500 LPD to 1000 LPD capacity complete with side holder necessary modification to the bracket fram/ inlet/ out let connection of water incl connected accessories complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repair hot water pipe line upto 25mm dia (heavy grade) duly insulated with glass wool/ any other heat insulating material not less that 50mm thick layer including and aluminium cladding by 1.5 mm thick sheet, over the insulation firmly locked in perfect round shape complete all as per specified and directed.

S&Fin replacement Heating Element capacity 3.0KW (as per existing sample) ISI Marked round/ tringular base, push type or thread type including rubber washer suitable for Solar water heater of capacity 500 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Thermostat ISI Marked, (as per existing sample) suitable for Solar water heater of capacity 500 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of tank leakage with company soldering of Solar water heater (any make) of capacity 500 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs on existing place by Authorised and existing company with testing by Company rep after repaired till deleivery of water and incl all connected accessories complete incl taking down/ opened/ replaced the parts complete all as per specified and directed. Note for Item No 47 to 50 :- (i) Make of Spares/ Servicing/ replacement of parts will be carried out by Auth service agency of existing make of Solar Water Heater).

S&F DOL starter 3 Phase suitable for 2 HP 415 Volts, 50 Hz pump set including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Alternator AVR SMR suitable for 100 KW/ 125 KVA DG Set including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 14256.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
