Dismantling Plain cement concrete clearing away and carefully stacking the materials in specified area useful for reuse for any thickness of structures specified including all leads and lifts etc,. complete complying with technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed will small size boulders etc., complete as per standard spification as directed by the Departmental officers.

Drilling holes of 45 mm dia size in the existing structure at 150 cm interval, two rows and insert 16mm dia RTS anchor rod for holding the skin wall or retaining wall as directed by the engineer in charge of the work

Supplying and fixing in position of 16mm dia mild steel or RTS rod inside the drilled holes including cost of steel charges for cutting fixing with cement slurry grouting , curing complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (Cavity filling )

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel ,cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Providing steel centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinth beam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc., using MS sheets 10 gauge thick of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c duly supported and removing the strutting after specified period without damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG Stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm c/c etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is uncluding the cost and conveyance of all materials to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete (for vertical wall surface)

(Specification 7.1 )

Providing and Laying in position, Plain Cement concrete M 15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 20mm and down graded IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface watering, curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Specification 7.1 )

Providing and laying in position, standardised Reinforced cement concrete Mix M-20 Grade(Design mix) in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with above (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fixing of bituminous filler pad 15mm thick pad for expansion joints in Plain Cement Concrete and Reinforced Cement Concrete walls and slabs etc., for required depth complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC Water Bar 150mm wide with singlel bulb in position including cost and covenyance of all materials to the work site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 m and upto 2.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.

Fabrication supplying and fixing of 80mm Dia Screw Rod including cost of materials, labour charges for maching and drilling holes charges, painting two coats of AC black paint over one coat of primer etc complete as directed by the departmental officers
