Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

Supply & Fixing burnt clay fly ash bricks old size designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit indoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, grouting and painting cable route indicator made up of Factory made Precast RCC slab of size 100 cm x 40 cm x 80 mm thick duly embossed with "MES HT Cable" / "MES LT Cable",Size of Cable and grouting on the route of HT/LT cable complete. Note :- (i) Unit rate of item includes excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator. (ii) Slab of route indicate to be provided with min 4 Nos x 8 mm diameters TMT bars along length of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. (iii) Route indicator RCC slab to painting with two coat of red colour synthetic enamel paint over on one coat of white primer base.

Dismantling of old unservicable/damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC upto ground level and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR Conductor all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS Channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel/Rail pole of 11 m long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of broken, cracked, unserviceable HT pin/shackle insulator of any make and any size complete all as directed.

Boring under roads with mechanical arrangement with 80 mm dia GI tubing including 100 mm GI pipe light grade without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All the precaution to be taken by the contractor before drilling the bore. The contractor has to take plan of existing cables any type and pipe line in existing area before drilling the bore. (ii) Any damage to existing cables any type and pipe line in the way of drilling the bore will be repaired and make good by the contractor. No extra cost will be paid in this account. (iii) Contractor has to get the survey of route, length and depth for boring before quoting the rate. (iv) Cost of GI pipe 100 mm shall be include in quoted rate.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore dia with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors/drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.
