Supply, installation, testing and commissioning transformer step down 11/0.433 KV (at no load) copper wound with first filling of transformer oil Out door type capacity 100 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz Ac with oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes/fins delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV in accordance with victor symbol Δ II with neutral brought out on secondary side with tapping of HV side to vary secondary voltage within limit (+/- 2.5 % to +/- 7.5 %) in steps as per IS 2026 with provision of tap changer with standard stages of changing including oil temp gauge, dehydrating breather, silica gel, oil conservator tank, explosion vent rating and terminal marking plate, oil line gauge, oil drain and filter valve providing independent earthing and neutral fittings, lugs and earthing terminals etc. complete with fittings and accessories including closed termination boxes in the LT side and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for outdoor end terminal joints cold shrinkable Suitable for HT 11000V, XLPE insulated armoured Heavy duty under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 3.00 here-in-before but for depth beyond 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr from the initial level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured only.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of size 25x12.5x7.5 cm (+/-) 8% tolerance laid flat with length of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable for protection of UG cable complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Supply laying. jointing, testing and commissioning of HT cable XLPE insulated, PVC Bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS:7098 (Part II) 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note- Joint shall be measured & Paid separately.

Supply laying and testing XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-I) of cross Sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-I) of cross Sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls, poles, under road / floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extension of GI strip 32 x 6mm laid in trenches/ floors/ fixed on walls/ pole and making inter connection from equipment to earth test point, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel (Fe - 410 - W) (Gde - E - 250) quality A; joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independently without connecting plates ,etc. (cut to ordinary lengths, i.e. .within 20 mm of the length indicated) including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600 mm x 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron on steel including 40mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer n.exc 150mm thick compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover of suitable size in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia round bar and necessary excavation, earth work in soil/ loose soil and disposal to a distance not exceeding 15 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for of lightning arrestor metal oxide type confirming to IS-3070 Part I complete line discharge (class - 2 nominal discharge current 5 KA & high discharge 65 KA assembly suitable for 11 KV incl all clamps, nuts, bolts & washers & connecting to earth with 32 x 6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Danger Notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size of 25 cm x 20cm for 11/0.433 KV system complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in stays /poles or any other directed site) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair surfaces of brick work in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L GI tube light grade for passing through cables under the floor, along the wall or along the pole of 40 mm bore and fixed to the poles/walls with suitable size of MS clamps and nut and bolts/washers etc including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete for repair to existing pole foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for air break switch vertical/horizontal rocking type gang operated (GOD) triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (09 insulators) & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm & medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 200 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-55, 11 Meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint including provision of black and yellow of 05 Nos of 30 CM each strip or as ordered by engineer-in-charge on poles up to 1.5 mtr high above coping level and numbering of poles with feeder location complete all as specified and as directed. The poles shall confirm to IS - 2713 & each component pipe shall be ISI Marked & confirm to IS - 1161 complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F in cable route indicator made up of precast RCC (1:2:4) 6mm dia bar @ 150mm c/c having size 0.9 mtr x 0.3 mtr x 0.1 mtr and coating with two coats of enamelled paint and writing words HT 11 KV Cable MES/LT CABLE MES engraved on it including numbering the rout indicator by empressing the desire logo and fixed after making pit 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.75 mtr with PCC (1:3:6) of 30 cm below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.
