Providing Chain linked mesh fencing

Relocating the existing Chain linked fencing (960 Rmt) from Block-VI to Block-III

Removing the existing Chain linked mesh with angle top and bottom, by cutting the angle at pipe joint and cutting of clamp on pipe. And shifting without damaging the mesh and angle to upper orchards at 800 mts distance

Removing the existing G.I. pipe 50mm OD including pipe portion below ground level, without damaging the pipe including the lump of portion of concrete attached to the pipe and shifting the pipe to upper orchards at approximate 800 mts distance

Excavation work in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.0mts., including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m – all kinds of soil

For refixing the pipe at upper orchards

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Refixing the existing G.I. pipe 50mm OD to top tube level with steps as required at site as the location and slope, fixing the pipe without damaging the pipe including the lump of portion of concrete attached to the pipe.

Refixing the existing Chain linked mesh with angle top and bottom, by welding the angle to G.I. pipe. Including cutting grinding and finishing as directed at site

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, railing work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position providing screws, bolt & nuts etc., and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete for fixing barbed wire fencing

a. M.S. Angle [email protected]/mt x 6mt x 2 lenghts = 22

b. MS flat 25 mm 3mm thick at 0.60 kg /mt x 3 length x 6mt = 11 kg , including making clamps as required at site

Removing by scrapping enamel paint of angles and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. complete

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture for angle

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of (Asian /Jenson Nicholson) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on angles and welding joints one or more coats on old work Chain linked fencing including existing fencing

Providing new Chain linked fencing (590 Rmt) @ Block-III

Excavation work in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.0mts., including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m – all kinds of soil, for levelling and preparation for providing floor concrete

(30 x 30 x 60) for vertical pipe

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size for pipe base

Supplying and erecting superstructure framework. : The work shall include cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting joints with zinc rich primer etc complete. Complete as per directions: GI pipes (ISI-medium,1239) spacing as directed at site

a.50mm ND GI pipes (4.14 kg /mt) for vertical member (@every2.50mc/c) (295 nos x 02 mt= 590Rmt)

b.32mm ND GI Pipes (2.61 kg/mt) for diagonal support (@ corners, center, and for gate) ( 2.50 x 2 nos x 24 = 120)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, railing work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position providing screws, bolt & nuts etc., and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 40mm x 40mm x 3mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of (Asian Tractor Premium / Jenson Nicholson ) of required colour to give even shade including a coat of steel primer for MS angles only

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 75x75 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge 1.50 mt height fencing
