Taking sample of water from Treated clear water tank of E zone and C zone STP of capacities of 205 and 700 KLD respectively and getting tested from NABL certified laboratory by collection of sample from clear water tank for physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis, to be carried out and report shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. (MAKE: Envirocheck / ABNS Scientific Services or equivalent as approved by GE)

Cleaning of underground sewage well of diameter 3 to 5 metre & depth 6 to 9 metre by using pump set or bucket & mug etc complete all as directed: Note: (a) Removing muds, silt, sand etc from inside of tank and depositing in pit of depth not less than 1.5 metre to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from sewage well including excavation of suitable size pit and returning, filling etc cleaning of sewage well with water complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Removing moulds, moss, foreign materials etc from the internal surface of well and from the mouth of pipe by scrapping with steel brush or steel scrapping, depositing off waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and cleaning the internal surface with clean water. (c) Spreading thin layer of bleaching powder over the entire internal surface of sewage well (d) Applying one coat of lime wash to the internal surface of sewage well.

Dismantling of non-clog sewage submersible pump set of capacity 5/7.5/10 HP from sewage well / collection chamber and transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set by hydraulic jack, complete segregation of the pump and motor, checking the pump and motor thoroughly, removing the defective parts, rewinding the motor, re-assembling the pump set in the respective sewage well / collection chamber, making all electrical connections and testing, commisioning complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Repair of pump will be measured and paid separately)

Repair of non-clog submersible pump of capacity 5/7.5/10 HP by checking and cleaning thoroughly and repair of shaft, cutting, grinding and polishing and balancing, replacing the defective parts, re-assembling the same and testing including machine work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Line shaft - 01 Nos (b) Bearings - 02 Nos (c) Mechanical Seal - 02 Nos (d) Casing key - 01 Nos (e) Gland - 02 Nos (f) Hydraulic oil - 5 litre

Taking out of non-clog centrifugal pump set of capacity 3/5/7.5 HP from foundation after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe and transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling of pump set, complete segregating the pump and motor, checking the pump and motor thoroughly, removing the defective parts and replacement with new parts, rewinding the motor, re-assembling the pump set and re-setting to the existing position, connecting the pump set with all pipe lines, testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts from LT Panel after disconnecting the electric connection and re-connecting after repair work including providing necessary copper wires, lugs, terminals, connection, cleaning and refittings / resetting coiled NOC-1 and NOC-2, single phase preventor, nuts, bolts, ammeter, voltmeter, indicator switch etc. (The unserviceable items will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down air blower of capacity 500 CuM/hrs, RPM 1700, BHP 17.4 from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop for repair of unserviceable parts complete, valve plate sheet cutting and surfacing, shaft cutting, grinding and surfacing, supply of nuts, bolts an drill beats, removing the defective parts, repair, rewinding the air blower thoroughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower, commissioning and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The spares required for this item other than covered under this item shall be measured and paid seperately, under respective item of this.

Labour for cleaning of Sludge Beds of various chambers of STPs with suitable equipments complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of MBBR Chambers 1 & 2, taking out old u/s bacteria media and refill the new bacteria media in cleaned MBBR chamber 1 & 2 and testing the same of E Zone STP tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning of bacteria media of MBBR Chambers 1 & 2, taking out bacteria media and keeping in large sized drums and cleaning the same with suitable equipment and refilling the cleaned bacteria media in MBBR Chambers 1 & 2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore sluice valve cast iron confirming to IS:14846 both end flanged with S/S spindle with nut class PN-1.0 ISI marked complete with hand wheel nuts, bolts, washers & rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting (Black/Blue) Pipe Line with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for weather coat painting including preparation of surfaces of Sewage Well / Collection chamber, Equalisation Tank, MBBR Chambers, Sedimentation Tank, Treated water tank etc of STP after cleaning of external surfaces, lid wall of tank, structure for all scales and other particle for any algae, hives and any type of vegetation or any other unwanted matters, scrapping of old paint and repair of minor leakage complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for improvement of GI Pipe Line works, supply of 3 Nos GI Pipe of each size 3" and each of length 27', including necessary GI fittings viz GI Bends - 3 Nos, GI reducing socket - 3 Nos, GI Union - 3 Nos, GI Socket - 3 nos, GI Nipple: 3" x 4" - 3 Nos, 3" x 24" - 3 Nos, GI Elbow - 3 Nos , and fixing the same as suction pipe at sewage well of STP with the help of plumber and necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
