M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks of compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sq cm, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and mass concrete/filling, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erecting , fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage PCC pole complete all as specified and directed . Supplying, straining and stretching of Over head GI wire 4mm dia size on HT/LT poles including binding and jointing with conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and coloured sleeved jumpers with jumper connections with PG clamps Including dismantling and taking out worn out GI wire from overhead electric linecomplete all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI stay wire of 7/4 SWG upto required length including taking out and u/s one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay assembly complete all as directed. Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with DO fuse unit 11 KV/ 33 KV rating 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts refixed the same after repair including proper allienment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushes, Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigetion of serviceable and unserviceable items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete. (c) Replacinig unserviceable LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet.d) Re installation of TFR including reassembling of core / winding assebly complete including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity . NOTE FOR ITEM NO 42 :- (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured seperately . (ii) Transportation of TFR measured and paid seperately . (iii) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer will be measured & Paid separataly. (iv) In case HV / LV Winding found damages then Contactor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately. (v) The rate of cork sheet & Packing Material for following cap of TFR are included in coated rate of transformer capacity 100 to 160 KVA.

(ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines is arrange by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly.

Supply and topup of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II with dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode complete and including necessary transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of transformer HV coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including dismantling of top cover, decanting transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container,disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assey, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, assemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer. Note : Filtration of oil, insulator, spindle and gasket etc shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Painting of steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with single coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia RED circle with yellow colour numbering with synthetic enamelled paint and strip marking of THREE RED AND THREE YELLOW alternatively of width 15 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 90 CM height and providng three nos of Red ,Yellow & Blue of reflecting strip of 25 mm width adhesive PVC tape around the pole at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & Painting of transformer complete of capacity up to 63 to 250 KVA 11/.433 KV outdoor / Indoor type with one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by sprey painting machine on transformer & Making SM NO on surface of transformer complete all as specified and directed.
