Construction and mainteance of L320-PWD road to Ramgiri (OR-27-768) under PMGSY IV (Batch-I)

BT Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking theunserviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per clause202.1of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by Mechanical Means with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadwork including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge Excavation in Hard Rock (Requiring blasting)

Construction of Granular Sub-Base (Grading III)(As per IRCSP:77-2008) Well Graded Granular Sub-Base Mterial with providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with smooth wheel roller at OMC to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 but excluding the charges of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
