Taking down high mast light/street light fitting from street light/ Flood light/fountain light/Garden Light fitting from the site and street/highmast light of any height for repair & checking internal wiring cleaning complete & refixing the same on pole after rectification of defects/replacement of items.

Repair of high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants wiring of luminaire with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC Sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 sqmm cable.

M&L for Over hauling High mast light of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch 6 mm diameter steel wire rope,travelling cable,connector,manual handle,junction box,lightening finial.(wiring material from junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included included and part of installation).

M&L for Overhauling of highmast shaft in three section suitable for wind speed along with motor all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in Repair steel wire Rope 6 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in Repar of High mast light gear box pulley all as Specified and Directed.

S & erecting in repair galvanized high mast light suitable of height 30mtr for 6 to 9 lantern fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height all as sspecified and directed incl taking down old unsv corroded pole. Supply and erecting in repair 6 metre long GI octagonal pole with bottom size 130mm in each side and top size 70mm, 3.0mm thick base plate of size 220x220x12mm and single arm 1000x48.3x3.25mm including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC as in foundation nuts, bolts, washers of any size including taking down old pole of any description complete all as directed. Note:- 1. Excavation, Earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Supply and fix 50 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 32 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

Repair of old defective flood light/fountain light/Garden Light fitting from the site opening checkibng and carryout necessary repair and replacement work on it including replacement of sutaible drivers and repairing /checking internal wiring cleaning complete & refixing the same at site after rectification of defects/replacement of items. Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Note - Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
