Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, three M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to full height of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floorsupto full height of the building etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC WINDOWS( Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free,the profiles aremulti chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm.The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter. The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia.PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows,tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws,making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc.,cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia. Heavy type Brass Chromium Plated Pillar tap of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 25mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 32mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of 600 x 450 mm size Mirror of best make, first quality approved by the department including plywood back, plugs, screws etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of chinnaware Wash Basin (White color) 550 mm x 400mm size with pedestal (parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings such as cast iron bracket, 1no 15mm C.P heavy duty piller tap with pentagonal head, 32mm dia PVC waste water pipe and 15mm dia nylon connection, 1 No 15 mm dia G.M. wheel valve and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour, including all labour, materials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Brass Chromium Plated Towel Rail 60cm long and 20mm dia. with Brackets first quality approved by the department including plugs, screws, all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Dismantling the pressed tiles and weathering course from the roof of building including cost of labour, dismantling tools & equipments and removing the debries from the site and dumping the debries to the nearby low laying area, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of 12.5 mm thick Gypsum Board False ceiling with suspended GI channels for every 2'-0” x 2'-0” c/c fixed with brass screws, etc. The surface joints to be finished with paper tape and putty etc.,. The cost including for all the materials, labour charges ... etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
