M&L glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers of steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1.13 here-in-before but in risers of steps, skirtings, dados and on vertical surfaces such as pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof padding including roof treatment complete carefully by cutting, chiselling etc cleaning the surfaces by scrapping, brooming brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for providing roof treatment as under :- (i) Providing 15mm thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured separately as 'supply only') for levelling to a true surface and to receive new roof treatment complete. (ii) Providing a coat of cold bitumen primer @ 0.25 Ltr /Sqm complete in horizontal and vertical surfaces . Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling comprising of aluminium main 'T' section of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm weighing 0.24 kg/m, cross 'T' section of size 23.5 mm x 26.4 mm x 1.4 mm weighing 0.191 kg/m and aluminium wall angle of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm suspended by means of 3 mm dia. G.I. wire hangers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick Non- asbestos fiber cement building boards complying with IS-14862, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) of any description exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n.exc. 2.0 sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frame of size 165x60mm, made out from 1.60mm thick cold rolled mild steel sheets for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet re-inforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing given in clause 8.B.3 of SSR -2010 (Part-II) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing given in clause 8.B.2 of SSR -2010 (Part-II) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast embedding blocks using necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles, machine cut, in work on vertical surfaces such as skirting's, dados etc , laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS NOTE: (i) The contractor shall obtain valid electrical license of required class in the firm's name or engage any agency having valid Electrical License of required class through proper agreement/MoU for execution of the electrical works as per Rule 29 under Part III of Central Electricity Authority Regulation 2010(Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) is applicable forming either in full or in part of the scope of the contract. The work shall be executed by the contractor through such agency only (either by the contractor or other agency) having valid Electrical License of required class. Such license shall be obtained from the concerned authorities of State Govt /Union Territory where the works are to be executed. (ii) Prior to commencement of electrical work/electrical component of works under the contract, copy of valid electrical license shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE through the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:1180 (Part-I) - 2014 of capacity 250 KVA including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.
