Supply, Installation and Maintenance (upto 3 years) of 11 KV Horizontal TPMO (Air Break Heavy Duty Switches) at different DP & DT in area of EUDSD-II/XIII, Noida under EUDD-VII, Noida as per following (MATERIAL SUPPLY FROM THE PVVNL APPROVED VENDORS AS PER GTP APPROVED) :-

Supply of 11 KV 200 Amp. Horizontal TPMO (Air Break Heavy Duty Switches) with 02 Nos. 75mm X 40mm X 2800mm galvanised mounting channels & support angle as per site requirement.

Mounting and installation of above 11 KV 200 Amp. Horizontal TPMO (Air Break Heavy Duty Switches) with 02 Nos. 75mm X 40mm X 2800mm galvanised mounting channels complete with providing and fixing of required support angle, holding clamps, heavy duty GI pipe 25mm dia with operating handle mechanism, nuts & bolts with supporting channel etc. as per site requirement by the contractor complete in all respect.

Providing & installation of Aluminium 11 KV armoured XLPE Cable 35 Sq.mm. including Al. Lugs & arrangements complete in all respects as per site requirements (AS PER GTP APPROVED).

Cartage of following material from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points site of work including loading and unloading at both ends : -

ST Pole 9 Mtr. long

Earthing Complete

11 KV V-X Arm.

MS Channel For (Top,Dropper & T Off) 100x50x2028 mm

11 KV Disc Insulators with fitting.

11 KV Pin Insulators with pin.

Providing & fixing of following material of standard make / best quality for complete the work of pole structure at HT line as per RESPO norms by the contractor at his own cost : -

Stone Pad.

Clamp with nut & bolts for ST Pole

Bolt, Nut and washer all size.

Concreting of round pole

Dismantling of following item from various site of work and carriage from work site to J.E's store / central store including loading & unloading at both ends.

M.S. meltable scrap of off size poles (No. of 100 poles).

Removal of conductor from both side spans of damaged pole and removal of H.T line accessories from damaged pole.

Digging of pit of damaged pole in Pakka road (Hard soil) with the help of road cutter/digging machine, Tractor etc. for dismantling the pole.

Erection of S.T. pole 11 Mtr. including fitting of all reqired accessories of HT/LT line as per RESPO schedule.

Erection of S.T. pole 9 Mtr. including fitting of all reqired accessories of HT/LT line as per RESPO schedule.

Grouting of each pole (In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.880 Cu.m) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Excavation of earth and driving of M.S. earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts etc. as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.

Re-laying and resagging of conductor in both side spans of erected pole in H.T/L.T line.

Fabrication & Fixing of angle/ V-X Arm as per site requirement.

Laying, Lifting and final Binding, Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor including fixing of all accessories as per RESPO schedule Complete in all respects.
