M&L Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, cut to reqd size and shape as in skirtings laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge. Note :- Rendering will be done in corse sand (Toka sand) only

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 350mm/350x250x7 mm thick in size in verticle surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade. including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.Note :- Rendering will be done in course sand (Toka sand) onlyetc complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L marble work (Udaipur green slabs) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and roundening to the edge of stone slabs on edges in single pice of stair case steps in horizental and vertical portion over 15mm thick screed bed etc. complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any descrition such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beam and column in floors, roofs,landings,balconies,deck slab and in shelves and etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge. (Note : RCC Slab csting for tank staging)

Use and waste of form work through finished surface of soffits of suspended slab as roof slabs, floor, lamnding and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof including also taking down existing APP membrane & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concerete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in filling and mass concerete as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of old Roof wall/ concrete surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm S&F for APP modified three layer ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm ) laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles retrived from dismantling and refixing old brick tiles (using old brick tiles) bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xcm x 20 to 22 mm thick,with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including cement 15 mm thick scereed in CM (1:6) with and including liquid water proofing compund as per manufactures,s specifications, as in toof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge..Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of New external plastered wall surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and applyingthe following :- (a) Applying 1.5mm thick wall care putty in one coat on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge. (b) two coats of acrylic smooth advance dust proof emulsion paint by using Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe with fittings including cleaning for re-fixing or complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Ditto- but refixing 15 mm bore ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old possition (wall,ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge. Note : The PVC tank shall be ISI marked.

S&F 20 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with apoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceedin 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres etc, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition and breaking up or taking down PVC/AC/CI/SSW 100mm bore pipe drain pipes, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including, complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S & F Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays for 100mm bore of pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed:- (a) Demolition of Cement concrete/brick bats filled on sunken slab upto bottom slab including removing and Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove, dirt, dust etc. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) (e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using brick course agreegates for filling of sunken portion after conceuling all menbrane upto FFL and sealing all joints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Floor area shall be considered for measurement & payment purpose)

M&L in replacement 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade, made to shape as in spout pipe in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan of Orrissa pattern of approved make of size 580 mm X 440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe incl lime concrete bedding and connection to antisyphonage pipe etc including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs white Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) with fixing bolt, Plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover with aluminised hinging device, brass chromium plated Jet shower with one meter long flexible pipe including all connection complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm bore brass chromium plated jet spray fitting with chrome plated 1.5 mtr long extendable, flexible tube, fixed to EWC complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PVC low level cistern of 10 ltrs capacity with top push buttion inclusive of brackets and PVC bend long type and connectin to flush pipe of any size and pattern with inlet ball valve float and handle complete of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm to 10 mm size in proportion as per design citeria) incl the cost of centering and shuttring at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 25mm average thickness from slabs, beams/ columns etc with mannual chisel or standard power driven percussion type all of approved makes incl tapering of all edges, making square shoulder of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacturer's instruction and specification, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance from the site as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.)

Supply and fixing in replacement hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools, and plants incl welding/L-clip/typing with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for mild steel ISMB, Joist, channel, angle or teee sections, fixed adjacent to ceiling and embedding in floor and brickwork including cutting welding, without connection plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. Within 20mm of the length indicated) FE 410 W(GdeE-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5mm thick, rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling to make the surface even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia bore fancy type chromium plated long body bib taps cast copper alloy with on/off handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Enginerr-in-Charge.

Note : The cost of brackets and knobs is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
