Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH

Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308) by manual means.

Supply and fixing of 50mm dia norminal bore G.I pipe LOW grade properties & weight as per IS 12:39 ISI mark with GI fittings including ost of pipe and it is fittings and labour charges etc., complete (As per BMW -F-89) TBSP-G.I-06

Making holes for fixing of mesh including all charges etc., completed

Supply and fixing of MS flats of size 100 mm length 4 mm thick including cost and convenience of all materials of labour charges etc., complete

Supply and fixing of MS caps including cost and conveyance of all material welding etc., complete

Supply and fixing of Hold fast with 10 mm dia rods including cost and conveyance of all material welding etc., complete

Supply of Hot dipped GI chain link mesh PVC COATED 8 guage 2"x2" (50.8 mm x 50.8mm) including cost and convenience of all materials etc., completed as per IS 2721-1979 (As per BMT -F -24) TBSC-E.II-08

Carting of debris to a lead of 10.00KM including loading and unloading etc., complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Supply and placing of the Ready Mix Concrete as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard Mix Design as per IS-10262:1982 with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20 mm and fine aggregate of Zone-II (100% river sand) as per the Mix Design approved by the Department from standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, including levelling, grading, spreading, curing, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc as required including material VAT, excise duty, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete (RMC -M20)
