Demolition of lean concrete and other type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface.

M&L for providing 12 mm dia holes of 40mm deep @ 200mmm c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring cement slurry with dr fixit grouting compound by pressure grouting for sunken floors of toilet , includind sealing the holes with CM 1:3 , complete as per manufactures instruction.

M&L for water proofing plaster for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick in two coats with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for applying two coats of Dr fixit or equivalent make as approved by GE, compound suitable for sunkun treatment as per manufacturer instructions over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken of toilet including cleaning of surfaces. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:7:12) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as sub base, 50mm thick on top. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Note :- above includes (a) Test for water tightness by ponding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. (b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with Dr fixit suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated (c) Horizontal flat area to be measered.

The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/ masonary wall by means of self expanding screws. all as specified and directed & as per sample kept in GE office.

Providing and fixing of double rebate openable / fixed windows made of galvanized steel colour coated/powder coated (base steel as per IS 513 of “D" quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams/sqm) with total thickness of coating 0.58 microns, primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer 5-7 microns thick or powder coated with pure polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick, outer frame section 72 x 55 mm, centre mullion section 72 x 50 mm, shutter section 47 x 20 mm,fly mesh section 40 x 20 mm and the fixed glass beading section 12 x 12 mm, outer frame and mullions shall consists rebate for glazed shutter, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/grills, the sections cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket, centre mullions fixed with mullion cap, stay, handles, latch, 2 Nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges per shutter and panelled with 5mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade), fitted using EPDM (Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer) gaskets including fixing windows in the concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding screws, including 10mm Square bars welded to 6x12mm flat at a distance 150mm c/c (pitch) etc., complete all as specified and directed, and directed & as per sample kept in GE office.

S&F fixed type ventilators aluminium powder coated of frame size 50.80 X 25.40mm,1.5 mm thick half portion will be fixed with 4mm thick frosted glass and half portion will be fixed with louvers with 4mm thick frusted glass with rubber gasket and aluminium beading ,aluminium grill with fixing arrangement (wt. of grill not less then 2.50 kg/sqm),aluminium wire mess 0.45 mm dia to be fixed over louvers portion only including necessary cutting holes on wall and fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and directed and directed & as per sample kept in GE office. Height of the roof shall be 3 to 9 m , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items ( Ser item No 113.01 to 113.05) complete all as specified and directed.

The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut , complete all as specified and directed.
